OM TECH CELL PHONE & LAPTOP REPAIRE’S

The om tech team were so helpful! I booked an appointment online that was suppose to cost £20. However, when I took them myiPhone they were able to fix it within 5 minutes and told me not to worry about the cost. My screen had disconnected inside the phone meaning my Face ID and touch sensitivity wouldn’t work. Such a relief for my phone and lovely to be serve by such genuine and honest people. I will definitely go back again if I ever have an issue with my iPhone. Thanks om tech ☺️

Very unpleasant experience with this shop, made more surprising given the good reviews. We visited to have an iPhone screen replaced. After being replaced the phone was still not working properly and so after a second visit the home button was replaced. At this point the phone started to behave very strangely - sending messages, making phone calls, changing settings, setting reminders, changing wallpaper, etc all by itself. It was clear that despite two visits to the store the problems had not been resolved and in fact had been made far worse. Given the store had failed to carry out the service promised it felt very reasonable to simply request a refund and take the phone elsewhere to be fixed.So on the third visit my wife requested the refund and was immediately dismissed and treated very rudely by the store owner. Obtuse doesn't really begin to explain the attitude of this man who despite receiving £120 and failing to honour his responsibilities would not even entertain any form of refund. His approach was immediately confrontational with a complete absence of any responsibility for the problem and an absolute unwillingness to listen. There is another review with similar feedback so I would urge everyone to think very carefully about going to this shop - the red flags are there and if things don't go to plan it will probably turn quite unpleasant very quickly as it did here.The owner may respond to this review and make various claims about us to make it appear we were somehow the problem (he might even claim none of this happened as was the case with another review below). That's fine but we are reasonable people, not prone to leaving bad reviews (this is one of the first we have ever left) however in this instance given how awful the experience was we were left with no choice.So to anybody reading this there are many, many more places to have your phone repaired so why take the risk and end up in the situation we are in - treated abysmally, £120 out of pocket with a phone in worse condition than before. Avoid.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If I could give this zero stars I would because in 10 yrs of having iPhone repairs I’ve never ever come across anyone this incompetent. When I tried to point out her broken my camera he was rude and aggressive and instead of admitting he’d broken it then tried to gaslight me that I was wrong about the damage smh. On inspection by Apple it turns out my iphone broken camera (close ups are all blurry and it now jolts on close ups too because he overheated it when taking it apart. He then tried to say he couldn’t take the camera apart without breaking it., what am irony… The “battery” he supplied was faulty and took three hours on fast charge to go from 15% to 80%. Really unpleasant and unprofessional to resolve too. Served other customers despite being first in the cue. Take you equipment to a professional. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I’ve dropped my iPhone into the water and brought it to these genius . They were very helpful and friendly. They cleaned and dried my phone for very reasonable price. It took just 2 hours. And my phone works as good as before now. They are very professional

Excellent and friendly service. Guy was really nice, got my screen replaced which was done within the hour and even gave me a free screen protector. When I had some issues with the touch screen he fixed it again within the hour at no extra cost. Definitely recommend!
