Do not use their services. I was so disappointed, I was told my cake would be delivered to my chosen venue for my wedding which it was not and the lady did not even bother calling or messaging me she could not deliver it and in fact rang my friend. My friends had to pick the cake up for me and when it got the venue it was broken and 2 of the tiers had fallen off. I also gave the lady a cake topper which had mine and my husbands name on it to go on top of the cake which they did not even put on. They charged me £250 for a 3 tier cake and could not even deliver it and follow my instructions and most importantly ruined our special day.Please do not use their services as they are unreliable and charge an unreasonable amount for promises they cannot deliver.

I found this place on Instagram and ordered my birthday cake here. It was a red velvet cake with fresh cream, Oreos and Ferreros. IT WAS JUST YUMMY!! The aunty is super nice and has a very good eye for details! She does it for your liking and gives advice/recommendations based on your thoughts and ideas.I ordered a cake last month and just picked up another one today!! We had a slight issue after I had picked up and brought it home, as the fresh cream wasn't set and it became a leaning tower of Pisa. However, a quick phone call and she told me to bring it back and she was able to fix it (redid the fresh cream) within 20min!Customer Service 10/10Definitely recommend this place and will order again!

Sad such a big shop but not taking card payments and asking for cash or bank transfer. Pathetic service
