Best Western Henbury Lodge Hotel
Only stayed one night for business, friendly staff and the food for both dinner and breakfast was tasty and good size. The rooms are a bit tired, but the mattress was comfy and the shower was hot.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay here. We had a lovely big room in the old stables block, a fantastic breakfast followed by a pleasant walk around Blaise estate and a visit to the museum

Best Western Henbury Lodge Hotel
Very disappointed overall. Upgraded to a superior room as our standard room had, an issue with the door not locking. The superior room had a worse shower and tv than the standard room. The windows wouldn't shut properly and are in need of a refurb. The toilet seat was very loose and toilet floor had cracked tiles.The pillows rate, as one of the worst ever!! The floor fan, on switching it on,it spat out a tea spoon!!!The staff were mostly okAs for the breakfast, it was so disappointing!! Almost £14 for 1 sausage 2 tiny bacon rashers 2 mushrooms a tiny sparrows egg and minute hash brown and a cold piece of poor quality toast and a small pot of beans, shocking!! (The is a Stonehouse pub nearby, recommend going there for breakfast)The hotel is impressive from the outside and located quite well .So in summary a disappointing stay, I doubt I'll be back.

The hotel is situated close to a lot of things you might need, yet quiet at the same time.The rooms are fairly big with updated bathrooms, however, the room itself is a little outdated and in need of renovation - the picture doesn’t quite capture this.The upper floors are a little cold.

Very pleasant hotel near the Blaize estate. Spacious room with both bath and shower. Breakfast cooked to order rather than buffet help yourself.A good experience.

Hi thank you so much team for another fantastic stay! I always enjoy my once a month visits to Henbury lodge. The food is exceptional I cannot speak highly enough about. fresh produce everytime and so very tasty.My room 3 was spacious and very clean and the bed is so comfy.Shout out to Cadina on reception who cannot do enough to help she is always readily available and so helpful.Team work makes the dream work.Fantastic place to stay! See you all soon.

The rooms suit the exterior of the hotel it's lim going back in time in a good way. The service vas very good and staff was very friendly. The dinner menu was exceptional and the cook was great.

Pretty good place to stay, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was ideal for me. The only thing was that I was on the top floor in one of the attic rooms which has quite steep stairs going up to it.

I thought that I taken a wrong turn and ended up back in London. £7.50p for a pint of larger. I don't know how the barmaid kept a straight face when she took payment. I don't pay that much in London.The menu was limited and there was a poor excuse for a pie. A pie isn't a tin with pie filling in it and a pastry crust on top. A pie is encased in pastry Very lazy. Nice rooms clean a bit tight when replenishing tea supply only leaving one normal tea bag. I wouldn't choose to stay here again but as my office book my rooms I might find myself there again.

Best Western Henbury Lodge Hotel
I stayed at the Henbury whilst.on business in Bristol. I had a room in the main building and it was massive if a little quirky with the bath and toilet in separate rooms. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, unfortunately I arrived too late for the restaurant, and left too early to sample breakfast.Fortunately there's a nice pubnjust a couple of minutes walk away so I was able to done there.It was very quiet there with little or no traffic sounds to disturb me.Parking was tight but I managed to stop in the main car park. II would stay again if I'm working on the same area.
