I visit timpson today morning to leave my heels for repair. I ask if he can fix them.The staff didn't inform me that he cannot... Finally, when I went back to pick up my shoesI realise that he just changed the ends without fixing the damage.When I express to him that I am not happy with the result and that he had to inform before. His answer to me was that for the price of 11.95 is the only thing he can do.Very unprofessional.Definitely no recommend.

Disappointing. Should open at 8:30 and at 8:50 I was still waiting for someone to open the shop. Needed to collect my boots and am on a very tight time schedule. Disappointed as now I can’t collect and live over 2hrs away I will need to ask a family member to pick them up.

Very convenient location in the town centre. No queue, and I got served straightaway even though he was in the middle of working on something.I felt something was wrong when he gave me the price to get a key cut, but I assumed it was just his manner. Since then, I have looked on https://www.locksmiths.co.uk/faq/key-cutting-prices/I can see clearly that I was massively overcharged! Should have trusted my instincts.

A very good service, willing to help prepared to make an effort and even willing tohelp and point you in the right direction if they can't do the job. Watch servicing reasonably have ex Rolex engineers working at their service centre in Wolverhampton quated a good price for watch and service repairs Rolex Daytona for under £320. Under Half the price Rolex charge.
