I would highly recommend Vanguard Self Storage to anyone in the area. Rasheed and Sonny went above and beyond. My girlfriend Jordan and I went in with basically no idea what we needed and they were extremely friendly and helpful, showed us around, explained everything we needed to know and helped us choose the best storage option for us (which was actually a little smaller and cheaper than we originally requested!). Genuinely great service, 5 stars.

Vanguard are a great storage company. I have used them for years at their Isle of Dogs facility and got to know several of their employees such as Mark, Dean and Sonny and they have not let me down, I would absolutely recommend them if you need a place for storage, they provide a great service and are very friendly.Tom

Working with vanguard has always been easy and seamless. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - today a gentlemen who works there named Marc even made sure I was okay while I was waiting for my ride to pick me up. You’re in safe hands here.

The friendly staff at Vanguard Self Storage were efficient, communicated clearly and responded promptly to any question or request. The storage facility is clean and appears secure. From getting set up with a storage unit by Adam to closing my account with Lawrence, Marc and Sonny, the service provided has been exemplary.

Great and reputable business with diverse and flexible services at reasonable prices. Especially recommend it for storage around COVID lockdowns and travels. The staff is very friendly and helpful with the entire moving in and out process. I am particularly impressed by Marc and Pearl who were very kind and welcoming, just there for everything that I needed. It is staff like this that makes the business great.

Vanguard has been fantastic thus far! I have primarily worked with Rasheed and he has been extremely helpful. When I was running late one day, he made sure the gate was kept open and I got a few minutes in the unit after their closing time. I really appreciate everything they've done!

The Staff here are fantastic, Very helpful and went out of their way to help as well. Mark, Rasheed, Lawrence and Sonny were Brilliant. It is a very secure place to store your belongings and a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place, as the Customer Services is faultless. I know my belongings are safe, secure and dry. Thankyou so much for a brilliant service and peace of mind. 10 stars if I could, Much better than other storage companies. Keep up the fantastic work.
