Great company with excellent customer service and good products.Wanted to place a small order but the site said shipping to the Netherlands wasn't possible. After sending a mail to customer service they looked in to the shipping costs for me and made it possible to place the order by mail. It shows that this company really cares about their customers, even if it is just a small order. Thanks for the great service!

Quality, bespoke medals for our wedding favours!We were absolutely delighted with our medals for our wedding favours! As we are both keen runners, we loved the idea of having medals as favours. We found it extremely easy to communicate with Lasers Are Us via email. We received a few design options and also a final proof to approve before they were made. We were very impressed with the speed of delivery. The quality was excellent and our wedding guests all loved them! We look forward to receiving more of their medals in future races!

Totally lost confidence in this business since Phil left (he was amazing). I regularly used the company to engrave cutlery sets - 4 pieces at £15 total cost. I called in today and was told that each piece would be £10 plus VAT, so a 4 piece set would now cost £48 to be engraved. When I explained how the charge used to look, a female employee came out of a back office and said that costs have gone up and it wasn’t even worth them doing jobs like this anymore. Even if this is the case then I think they were rude to say it. I’m so disappointed. I try to give my custom to local businesses but what do they expect me to do when they raise their prices by over 300%?

Very helpful and understanding , 10/10 would recommend even if you need the delivery to happen sooner than the time they specify on the website.

Disappointed. I ordered personalised chopsticks and still haven’t received it. It’s been almost a month. I contacted the customer service to track the delivery and it was sent back for some reason. When I contacted them again, they suggested to reorder the product and provide a different address, like it’s somehow my fault for having this issue. Didn’t even try to find out why my order wasn’t delivered. I looked at the tracking more thoroughly again and it never even reached my place, so it’s the postal service. So why would I pay for another order when it’s clearly not an error on my side. It seems like a scam, to be honest.
