Worst company ever. My insurance Co. as usual using shoddy windscreen companies like this Silvershield. 2 guys white male turn up at from Romford branch to replace my N/S rear window, after completion i paid my excess £50, then later i realise during car wash the rubber strip has been sliced with knife and interior trim broken and scrached and on completion not hoovered, Its a Mercedes E Class and these rogue traders need to be out of business if they dont know how to fix windows. Very poor customer service and installers very rude, Stay away from these scumbags

Nice chap who came to repair the windscreen but after two attempts it sadly looked no better than before the repair.Booked it by phone and was verbally quoted £50. When arriving tje next working day I was told it was £60. No emailed quote to point at so then had to pay the higher amount. Can't believe they quote exc vat to the the general public.

Saved me money, time and a good service ( and a local company)Our insurance directed me to the usual large company for a new windscreen for our truck. They couldn't fit the new windscreen for a week.Silvershield came the next day, and also advised me that they could do it cheaper than our Excess. Don't think the other company would have told me this!

Terrible service booked a windscreen replacement on Sunday for Tuesday. when I called up they had no booking on the system even though I had a confirmation call from one of there team on Sunday.when I called up I spoke to the manager that wasn't very helpful and he rude, I then got put though to the owner of the company that said and I quote It happens get over it" I have never been spoken to with so much disrespect and I have lost a entire days wages which his response was its not his problem even though has team made the booking. will be avoiding this company like the plague...."
