From the initial call into the office and speaking with the ever so polite and knowledgeable Tallulah, to welcoming Martin into our home to complete the survey & finishing off with the clean, tidy and eye for detail Marcus (Installer) it has been a stress free impeccable service.We had concerns of such work due to the cost but believe me its worth every penny and actually when you look into alternative solutions (blinds etc.) it really is not expensive and the quality and finish is second to none. In fact during the installation my wife received a message from a friend who was walking past saying how lovely they looked. Yes I have to admit the curb appeal is stunning.We had the bay window (see picture) and 2 front bedrooms completed. We will be going back to complete the back of the house.Yes its take a few months to get fabricated and sent out but its the same with every supplier so you won't get your shutters sooner from anyone else. Your expectations right from the beginning so you know what to expect. With only 50% payable upfront and the remaining balance when you are happy with installation it all makes sense.If you were thinking of it and want to truly transform your rooms / home then I cannot recommend highly enough. go on do it now.Thanks to all at Shuttercraft Brislington, you've made our day!!

Faultless service from start to finish. Martin came over and fully explained all our options while taking measurements (while fully observing Covid rules) which gave us confidence to go ahead with the order. Marcus then did an exceptional job on the installation and was a pleasure to have over while working. I had great service from Shuttercraft, right through from the initial measuring up, through to the super fast installation. I couldn't fault the service. Great job! Will defiantely use them again in the future.

I've not been to the shop, but Shuttercraft Bristol came to my house to demonstrate some samples and I ordered shutters from them for my bay window. I couldn't be happier with the results - even though the window is a bit wonky the fitter managed to make the shutters fit in beautifully.

Fitted shutters which filled house with strong chemical smell. We complained and were informed this is to be expected and the smell would go away eventually. Since the shutters were fitted my family and I experienced irritation to our throat, nose and eyes. After 1 month we decided to purchase an air quality meter which detected alarmingly high levels of formaldehyde (over 2.5 times the WHO recommended exposure limit). Shuttercraft have removed the shutters over a week ago and damaged the windows. We have not received a refund and no confirmation on when the windows will be fixed.
