Fantastic service, Ellie and her team were super friendly and made my dog feel very much at home after a nervous start. She looks amazing after her groom - couldn't recommend this place highly enough. We'll be back for more!

First time here and I’m really happy I went the team were lovely very calm and welcoming so we were all feeling happy. I left Otter with them and he was happy and relaxed. We discussed everything first and they checked his coat and asked me what I wanted. When I picked him up he was happy and relaxed and he looks very smart. A nice neat cut and they said he was perfect for them so I’m sure they made him feel safe. I shall definitely be going back there again next time for his pamper Well done groom room

Just a warning, or public service announcement:As of 01/02/22, we’ve been refused service for all (three) of the dogs within our household as a result of a lukewarm review posted by my sister-in-law. A 3* review, which acknowledged good service, but took issue with the length of time taken, and the availability of other equally good services elsewhere.That’s it. Hardly scathing.But, we’ve been told that none of the groomers would feel “comfortable” grooming a DIFFERENT dog (with a DIFFERENT owner) within our household, as a result of this review, and despite the fact that this (very nervous) dog has always felt comfortable at this groom room, and her owner has a enjoyed a good relationship with the groomers.Asking them to reconsider was found to be a request so unreasonable it was deemed to be a contravention of the groomers’ “human rights” as they would feel ‘so uncomfortable’ about grooming a dog within the same household as a dog owner who left an average review.So there is no confusion or doubt, the following is a copy of the review in question in full:“Unfortunately it's so hard to get an appointment as so busy! And takes forever for a groom. Around 2 hours for a toy dog chihuahua cross breed. They do a good job but have deffo had better grooms elsewhere for the same price.”Bemused, to say the least.

Will never come back.The attitude of the female staff working on the morning of 13th June 2021 was absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. We booked a 9am puppy grooming appointment 2 weeks before, arrived at 9am but no one let us in until 9.15am (the store was not opened until 10am as the groom room is within the Pets@home store), she then spent another 10 mins telling us she couldn’t do our pet as she needed 45 mins for the whole treatment (when clearly not our fault that we got stuck outside of the entrance for 10-15 mins?). We had been calling the phone number before our arrival but no one seemed to be interested in picking up the call. It’s quite obvious that she was being lazy as she could have started the work right away at 9.15am instead of blaming us for not being able to get into an entrance that’s locked! I wouldn’t send my puppy again to someone with this kind of attitude even if she wants to do it and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to send theirs too.

Worst groomers I’ve ever been to.I dropped my dog to the groomers at around 10:10am today and they called me 15 minutes later to say she’s ready for collection. At my dogs previous groomers she was always there for around an hour, so I thought 15 minutes was a bit crazy to say she’s been bathed, nails clipped and ears cleaned in that time.When I arrived to collect my dog I was told that they were unable to cut her nails, which is now the second time they have refused to do it.When I ask why they say it’s because she just seems like she doesn’t like it, which if she isn’t being aggressive towards you why would you not do it? Just because she looks sad? It doesn’t make sense. She needs her nails clipped, as as a groomer they should know that this is something that has to be done.When I went home and had a proper look at her I noticed that she still smelt like she hadn’t been bathed, so I actually have no idea what they actually did and what I paid for?!I will not be taking her here again. The staff don’t know what they are doing.

Very bad service and arrogant staff. My appointment was cancelled on purpose when I called to confirm it. This is because I made a remark to the ladies there that they need to inform clients when cancelling their appointments. It seems that their management do not care about clients since there are similar reviews below and I can see nothing changed.

They keep cancelling without properly communicating with you. Many times we went to our appointment and being denied because they cancelled the appointment without actually confirming with you

Took our bull dog, Albie, for wash and blow dry on Saturday 25th March.Can highly recommend, excellent groomers, and fantastic place to leave our babies in the capable hands of lovely and caring professionals.Will definitely be going back on a regular basis. Thank you for making Albie experience a very pleasant one xx

Lovely staff was the third time i have taken my 10 month old puppy there but the groom this time is very scruffy. Like it was rushed. Shame because they really liked Mabel. Im hoping its just a one of as it costs £50 each time

We brought our puppy working spaniel Barley today for his first grooming and he came our fresh, soft and happy. Definitely the place deserves a 5 stars as first grooming experience for Barley and they got it with no trouble!
