Charles Faraday - Shutters Blinds Verandas and Awnings

The whole process with Charles Faraday was great from start to finish, from when the guys popped round to measure and provide a quote through to the fitting. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable, and the shutters look absolutely brilliant in our bedroom - the integrated blinds are genuinely life changing, never slept so well! Shutters have been fitted for just over a week now and I can honestly say they have transformed the house. We upgraded to the 89mm slats with hidden mechanisms and it was a great choice.Light control is fantastic, especially with three separate sections on each of the French doors. With the all the slats open the light levels are amazing with an almost unobstructed view out of the window.Andrew and the team did a fantastic job of fitting them; left no mess and kept me fully informed on the delivery times during the Covid lockdown. After fitting we needed a slight adjustment making and this was carried out quickly with no bother.My original concerns over the cost of shutters compared to blinds soon evaporated once they were in place. The shutters have definitely been worth the extra investment and should last us for many years.

Shutters and blinds fitted….absolutely love them! Great advice and options provided by Andrew, along with a smooth measuring and ordering process, and no pressure sales. The wait was long (14 weeks) but this was clearly communicated to us and no false promises were made at any time. Callum fitted the shutters; totally respectful of our home and cleaned up after himself, a real perfectionist! Even my super critical husband was impressed with the workmanship and I think it’s only the 2nd time I’ve seen that in over 30 years!We would definitely recommend Charles Faraday…..quality products delivered and fitted by a quality team. We recently purchased a Sun Canopy from Charles Faraday.and are extremely happy with our purchase.Our initial enquiry, was followed up with an appointment with Andrew who was extremely knowledgeable and talked us through the design & process of ordering.We had a great choice of fabric & colours to choose from along with advice from Andrew.Once our order was placed we only had a few weeks to wait for delivery & fitting.The two lads Callum & Rhys did a great job, they were very polite & friendly & took excellent care of our property.They tidied up as they worked so when they left the only thing we had to do was admire our new Canopy.We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.Great service, good quality Product & knowledgeable CompanyThanks again

Well, shutters fitted today and we’re absolutely blown away by them; they are fantastic! The whole process from start to finish has been excellent, from the samples and advice to the very reasonable prices. We waited 12 weeks, which was the timeframe given to us, no unrealistic promises made, in fact a very clear and precise order of events laid out prior to ordering. A special thank you to Callum who came today to do the fitting; no mess whatsoever!! My husband is a perfectionist and he found no fault…says it all!

The whole experience with Faradays has been excellent. The measuring was very thorough and all options were explained in detail by Andrew. The quality of the shutters is fantastic and the fitting by Calum is perfect. He is very thorough, cleans up and all furniture was put back before he left. We cannot recommend highly enough

Charles Faraday were easy to deal with. Andrew explained everything very clearly. The detailed upfront planning meant there were no panics on the day. They were very tidy and end to end it was a hassle free experience. The fitted shutters are lovely and high quality. I would recommend them.
