My husband and I have been using Jake and his wonderful team at The Destination Lounge for approx 7 years and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Their customer service goes above and beyond, an example being a change of long haul flight the evening before our flight was all taken care of Jake outwith office hours. Everyone is polite, courteous and friendly and they make you feel that you are someone and not just another customer. Nothing is a bother to them, from finding the perfect holiday, getting the right price and changing of minds. In our opinion they are the best and we will continue to use them and recommend them.

Poor customer service we went in to hopefully book a holiday after we lost our holiday when thomas cook collapsed, we told the girl on the desk what we were looking for and to be fair she gave us two quotes no information about the holidays in fact from us sitting down to leaving the store there was no interaction at all in the end we decided to book with go travel who couldn't have been more helpful

Climbing Kilimanjaro, cycling in the Drakensberg Mountains of South Africa, trekking in the national parks of Utah & Arizona, exploring Moscow for a long weekend, German road trip in Bavaria and hiking the beautiful Norwegian fjords in BergenJake and team are always efficient with great attention to detail. My husband and I have been customers of The Destination Lounge exclusively now for many years. We primarily book Sandals holidays with them but also a few non-Sandals trips. I struggle to articulate how amazing they are, unfailingly helpful and consistently bright and cheerful. Jake Goodenough is the super star of the show and is the Sandals expert but his team are all wonderful and stars in their own right too. No query is too small and no 'problem' too large and believe me I have a query nearly every week! Their prices can't be beaten and their customer service is exemplary and we recommend them to our friends and family in droves, even friends overseas.We were due final payment on a holiday to Cuba when I discovered something about the hotel that I wasn't completely happy with I advised Jake not to complain but to enable him to pass it on to any future customers wishing to book there and long story short he did some research and within a couple of days had us booked on a completely different holiday to Mexico in a better hotel with better facilities at the same price!It may sound sentimental but Jake feels like family to us and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
