I’d like to start by thanking Stuart and his team for a job well done. Its was the day of delivery and we were let down badly by a supplier. I had factored in an extra 24 hours lead time just in case of courier delays, but at 12pm the chances of rustling up a 4m wide display for delivery next day weren’t looking good. By 1pm the PO was placed, they had adjusted the artwork to suit the fractionally different graphic spec’ and we were OK to go to print. The stand arrived by 9.30am next day. We nervously checked it - the hardware was quick and easy to assemble and the graphic was an excellent fit for the frame. The display looked good - in fact it looked amazing considering the timescale. Neither did I pay through the nose - they were better value that the supplier who let us down. It was utterly refreshing to deal with a proactive supplier who knows their stuff - I’d heartily recommend them. We received an email from our client today saying 'the backdrop looked great.’ Hurray!
