I originally wrote a 1 star review but with the staff changes recently I really feel like changing it! The new team are fantastic, there is never missing menu items and there are a couple of stand out team members - the new young lad who does the drive through and the blonde lad (sorry guys, didn’t catch your names). Friendly, efficient and I now like coming! ☺️

Had a lovely experience at Starbucks, ordered two strawberries and cream fraps which were both delicious! Thank you to Lauren for her wonderful customer service! Five stars all round!!

Try to open app in the store (android). App doesn't work. Order two iced fraps and they are served without cream or sauce. I ask where the cream is and am told that the cream is extra. I ask where the sauce is and I am told that the sauce is also extra. On top of the £11 I'd already spent. Back to Costa I go. Unfortunately there isn't an adult in the store I can raise this with. It is staffed by children.

Had the most amazing caramel frappe of my life . Amazing service from a lovely person called George. Made it feel like summer in the winter. Even though I got a cold drink it made me feel warm inside with just his smile.

Waiting 5 minutes at the counter without any acknowledgement from the two staff behind the counter even though they looked at us is not what you expect from a service industry. All the attention was on the drive thru, I eventually asked if someone was going to take our order, without apology I was advised they would. Got to the stage I was about to walk out. Staying at the Travelodge for two nights, will find a different coffee shop for tomorrow.

I came ontl the store at 9am, was at the front of the queue and wasnt served untill 9.10, my daughter got her hot drink straight away however i had to wait till 9.30 to get my drink as they didnt get round to the cold bar and hot dri ks were prioritised. By then my daughter had already drank her drink and we didnt have time to stay in to drink mine. When i complained, they simply said there was only 3 members of staff and to take it up with their manager, was was not even there. Awful experience, awful customer service.

I use this starbucks regularly, through the drive through and instore, the staff are always welcoming and professional, the drinks are always great, obviously better in store in a proper cup, but that is the same for any takeaway coffee in my experience.I often sit in the quite side of the store and do some work.Keep up the great work Starbuck Melksham, We appreciate all that you do
