Freezing cold room had to go out to speak to the receptionist 3 times to get him to finally sort a electric heater for it to come with only one leg and the dial broken in half set off the fire alarm even when on low.Water stains on bathroom ceiling where there had been a leak. Shower ceiling had damp coming through. Bathroom door handle was coming off barely holding on. Curtains were outdated and falling off the rail. Sheets had stains and bits on so slept fully clothed. Tv was outdated.Not worth the money you pay

This hotel is beautiful outside but the interior is not the best. The location was perfect for my conference but the rooms were fair. They have a good complimentary breakfast and parking. It's opposite Asda, so it makes it easy to get whatever one needs at a go.

Everything is dated and smell carpet are worn, need to upgrade the whole hotel. The only area which is new is the reception so you will think it goes all over but its not.

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel.It was pleasant and the staff were friendly.I think the security could be improved a bit.I didn't like that anyone could just walk in and go to the upper floors without staff questioning.Doors leading up to the rooms should be key controlled.

Quick stop over. Great hotel and staff at reasonable prices. Some naughty person smoked in their room and set off the alarm about 4pm on a Sunday morning. It got sorted but the alarm rang for quite sometime.In the end it was a decent place but, overall I had more expectations of it as I wanted more off it for the price of 100 pounds for 2 days.

Hotel room was awful. Fan in bathroom stayed on 24/7.Had to really slam door for it to close. Decor very shabby. Bed was uncomfortable but hey, the food was brilliant.

Whilst the staff and location were acceptable, the condition of my room earns this hotel a 1 star review. Honestly the room was disgusting. From broken and worn flooring, to grubby walls and poor condition of cleaning… this room had it all. It even came with a complimentary dried bogey on the wall above the bed headboard. To the hotel manager - room number was 102 if you want to check.

Roland and the rats were having a party in the car park. There were around 10 rats around the bins, and I didn't have breakfast due to this.Rooms are dated and smelt of damp. The rod to let water out of the sink missing, lifted plug out, it was manky. Very disappointing.

It was the worst hotel I've stayed in for years. The rooms were not cleaned properly and were dingy and dark. When approaching reception with our room problem of no hot water, we simply got a reply of the maintenance guys are not in on the weekend. Staff were not helpful at all and refused to rectify the problems or change rooms. I would not stay in a Ramada again. I wasn't the only customer that was unhappy as I heard many others unhappy. Even complaints of bad smells of smoking drugs around the hotel. The nearby Ibis hotel was much better and I wished we had stayed there.
