On August 12th, 2023, my partner and I visited Bourton House for her UK Life in the UK test. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the receptionist's rude and discriminatory behavior. I felt unfairly discriminated against due to the gentleman's rude and racist attitude.

The staff were so unfriendly and looked like they were doing us a favour of some sort. You don't need that kind of attitude when you are already a bit nervous about the exam.
