Warren House Vets in Lordswood, Chatham

Great vets, the staff are always so lovely and helpful. Also very reasonable!

We went to Warren Wood vets on Friday, a very difficult day for us saying goodbye to our fur baby. But the ladies there (sorry didn’t get names); receptionist, nurse and vet were exceptionally professional, caring and made a difficult time run as smoothly as possible. Thanks team for helping us through it x

I'm not impressed as still no clue to what's wrong with my dog. It's all about them taking more money and waiting for calls from them to be told they will ring but don't

This appears to be the only way I can review giving this despicable place a 1 star ( wouldn’t even give them that ) I want to make everyone aware of what happened to my beloved dog Benji After having to make a heartbreaking decision of having him put to sleep We were told he will be back after 2 weeks! We phoned up to collect him only to be told he was still there & hadn’t been taken for cremation BASICALLY THEY HAD FORGOT HIM! We were absolutely distraught We couldn’t understand WHY they had done this! This company is not caring or looking out for our beloved pets PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!

This group of vets was really very good but unfortunately since COVID seems to really have lost its way. Always been a bit pricey but always good service and quality. Nowadays it's got more pricey but without the quality of service. Meds are expensive, charged for everything and no sense of urgency with calls and appointments.That's my collective review for this group of vets and not just Lordswood.However, my last visit was here at Lordswood and the vet (a young lady) was very good. Very sympathetic, professional and caring. Unfortunately my dog had reached the end of the road so it was a very sad time and the vet who dealt with us really took her time and gave us time to say our fairwells and explain the process thoroughly. So thank you to her.

I'm not one to leave reviews, in fact I think this might be my first ever but I really felt they deserved one. Just over a week ago our 15 year old cat Penny went severely downhill within an hour. As it was a Saturday afternoon our usual vets were closed and, after ringing a few, this was the only one still open but very close to closing time. They registered us on the phone and allowed us to come in straight away just before they were due to close. Sadly we had to have our cat put down as they believed she had a stroke but the care we received from all the staff there was amazing. They were so kind and understanding and made a horrible situation a little easier.Today we received a card in the post to say how sorry they were for our loss which is so thoughtful.Sadly, we no longer have any pets but if we do, in time, decide to get another cat it will definitely be our first choice vets!

The practice has helpful friendly staff and a pleasant clean waiting room. Free easy parking straight outside vets.

Vets & Staff are caring, kind, helpful & understanding. They explain things & advise as needed.

Absolutely 1st class service. A vet that actually cares about your pet and resolving and ailments they may have. We have got further with our dogs treatment in the month we have been here than we did in the 8 months we had at Easipet care in chatham.
