Two days. Not a long time, yet that is all it took for Craig to completely change my outlook to… well… everything.I'll be the first person to admit that my attitude to work was that “I am my own team”, and it was “my way or not at all”. In fact, this behavior extended into my home life as well.When you fall into the habit of doing the same thing and behaving the same way, day in and day out the same as I had, it becomes almost impossible to see any other way of doing things. I had become blind to my own behaviour, yet was quick to judge the behaviour of anyone else.It is thanks to Craig and those two short days with him that I realised that I am part of a team. Although my role is quite independent, everything I do has an impact on those around me. I have become closer to those that I work with, have built new working relationships with other departments that I had never even considered possible and have found confidence, pride and enjoyment in my work that I have never had.The best way I can describe Craig is as “a mirror”. He gives you the ability to see your real self, the way you act and how that can affect others. He doesn't give you answers, he gives you questions, then guides you to find the answers yourself.Craig, thank you.
