We have had a contract for 3 years during which time the charges have not been increased - unlike other Telecom companies we have dealt with. On the odd occasion it was necessary to contact Customer Services, we got a person to speak to who promptly sorted out our query. Excellent service.

just joined Invew Telecom, helpful staff and smooth transfer from exisiting supplier. Due to my own inadequacy with technology, I then needed help with setting it up. No problem! Sorted with the right advice over the phone. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with this company.

Not impressed. This company rang me knowing i was in talks with another broker. they weren't clear about who they were and i feel i was tricked into using them. Be careful if you are going to use them. I spoke to the broker i was supposed to use and they had a far better deal.
