Elle and Emily were fantastic! Super speedy check in to my new place. Elle did an especially thorough inventory of the flat and was equally personable and professional throughout. Both were very helpful and went above and beyond.

Absolutely terrible experience. Staff were rude, our problems were ignored, windows in the house didn’t work for the entire year, staff made noise below our flat at 6am every weekday, and at the end of the year they overcharged us for cleaning and repainting despite handing over the house to us in a complete mess. Avoid this company. My friends had a similar experience the year before. I only wish I’d spoken to them before signing on with Reed. Only exception to this was Holly who works in the office. She’s lovely.

Booked a viewing for a property and no one showed up after 25 mins of waiting outside in the cold. Tried to call multiple times to no avail. No one attempted to follow up with this except for an automated email asking how the property was. Wasted money on travel there and back. Would not recommend.
