S1 Chiropractic

I have been seeing Libby for many years for a wide variety of muscular skeletal problems. I am still blown away every time Libby works her magic. More than that, the care is second to none and knowing there is always help on hand with chronic, keeps me sane.

Had been struggling with persistent back pain for over two years; found that physiotherapy and massage gave only temporary relief. It was becoming so debilitating that it was affecting my quality of life. Libby and team came highly recommended, and I have to say, S1 has not disappointed. I am five weeks in and pain free. Libby is very knowledgeable and caring; exactly the qualities you need in a practitioner. I would highly recommend.

Libby really is fantastic. I started to see her nearly 2 years ago after the birth of my first child. Since then she has helped me through my second pregnancy and post partum to keep my aches and pains at bay! She has also treated my daughter from birth who struggled with tightness due to tongue tie which is now getting much better. She has always been so generous with her support and care, which we are very grateful for as a family.

Went to see Libby after to being in agony with back pain. 4 sessions later, completely pain free. Lovely relaxed environment and Libby is so informative and person focused. If I have any problems again will definitely have no hesitation in returning

I have had my first session today to try to help turn a breech baby. I have suffered from PGP for months which physiotherapy hasn’t helped with. I attended clinic quite sceptical but as I left I felt a stone lighter and able to lift my leg for the first time in months. Kate must have magical hands as the difference was unbelievable. Looking forward to my next 2 sessions

First treatment today for pregnancy aches and pains and prepping for the big event. OH MY GOODNESS my hips feel normal again! I'm blown away. Also Libby's understanding and thoroughness is great. Anyone feeling discomfort in pregnancy please go and see Libby.

Libby always provides amazing service with her friendly nature and professional advice. We have been taking our baby to see Libby after he was diagnosed with a tongue tie. She has done an amazing job as his symptoms have certainly improved. Libby is very caring, gives great advice regarding baby's development, she is very knowledgeable in her field and makes us feel always cheerful about the improvements of our baby. We definitely recommend her to support with body work for tongue tie babies.

I can't thank Libby and co enough, I went in on Monday and was unable to sit, unable to stand or walk for more than about thirty seconds without needing to lie down, was struggling to sleep and was in absolute a lot of the time agony despite a huge array of painkillers from the doctors. They were so incredibly helpful and caring and thoughtful when I arrived, finding me a space where I could be comfortable and bringing me ice pack and a drink and a pillow. I've just had my third session (now Thursday) and am able to sit comfortably (at least for a while) can walk more easily, am in so much less pain, sleeping better and feeling much more myself again. I'm so grateful for Libby's fantastic skill, none of the treatment has been painful, yet it's made a drastic improvement and very quickly. Thank you so much for your kindness and help, I couldn't recommend you highly enough.
