Bicy Insurance

Do not choose them. They will find any reason to not give you anything. You will pay them for nothing.Even if the bike was dirty that may be a reason... I do not recomand them!

Worst service. Spent nearly paying 3 yrs of insurance. Called them for an accident claim. They said that they'll give a callback, but no one called

I was with Bicy bike insurance for a few years. Never had to claim fortunately. So with that in mind only 3 stars. Basically you never know how good a insurance company is unless you are unfortunate enough to have to make a claim hence 3 stars.

Terrible Customer Service.Paid 10% of the value of my bike as premium and they only recover 85% the value of my bike.They promised they will replace me a original bike if my bike get stolen, but they refuse to do so, because the price of my bike increased.Submitted my claim for more than one month and I have received nothing.I also noticed a payment of £4.13 has been debited from my bank account to them without my consent and knowledge. Tried to call them today. The first ring, they cut my call. Second time waited for more than 10 mins and they did not pick up my call.

Terrible product and service.Denied my bike theft claim for not having an 'approved lock'.I have always used a Kryptonite D Lock that I was informed to purchase by a member of staff at renewal! Appalling experience.
