Absolutely shoddy service! Despicable customer service. I was told I cannot be served for 1/2 an hour and was asked to return. Upon returning in 1/2 an hour I was then told by the attendant that he is busy, alone and cannot serve me. He didn’t even bother to ask what service I wanted. Despite this he proceeded to serve 2 other customers. Just wasted my time waiting for the 1/2 hour. Rude and unapologetic attendant. Why ask me to return if you have no intention of serving me? Would have given zero stars if the option was available.

I will advise anyone to stay well clear of this store. I attended this store on 12/12/2023 at 17:10 where I was greeted by a Miserable member of staff who was rude and very uninterested in helping customers.I had not even been asked How can I help you" the guy turned round and said he was closed

Great place to get your keys cut (including car keys), batteries changed (be it in a watch or a car key) or to get your strap changed. It's worth mentioning they've got a lifetime" car key battery warranty.They also have a number of personalised gifts like hip flasks

Today I went to a timpson store to change a watch battery but the service wasn't possible to be done there so I went to another store at the Coventry Ricoh arena. The service provided by Nick the Branch Manager was five stars, he was very polite, knowledge and lovely to talk to. He also resolve the problem and I will definitely will come back here.

I attended this store after visiting the Timpsons outside Asda in Nuneaton. The man in the Nuneaton store told me he couldn't cut my keys on the original shaped key and told me he had to use a standard size key. I had 2 keys cut and neither worked. I decided to go to the Timpsons at Coventry Arena with my receipt to request these keys to be replaced Nick Bracey was very helpful and cut my replacement keys on the correct shape/brand key and they worked perfectly once I got home. I would highly recommend this branch of Timpsons, great service for key cutting and dry cleaning (I've used that service previously for a suit jacket)

Left me standing outside with gate shutter closed while he served one customer who was locked in there with him.. Didn’t even tell me he was closed for an hour while he served her until I eventually asked when the open , Just left me waiting like a muppet chatting to each other even tho they could all see me. Who closes to serve a customer? Who has an hour to wait to just ask a question? pretty rubbish customer service.

Absolutely horrible service from Mark. He seems extremely bored and looks like he hates his job. Feel bad for him but not fair for him to be putting this on the customers! Extremely rude too.

Always had fairly good service from here, not this time. Battery in car key they cut for me gone flat again after less than 6 months. Staff on the day didn't want to change the battery without charging. Have since spoken to customer services and the manager and they have advised to come back down and they will swap battery free of charge.
