Why is this always shut after 12midnight ment to be 24hours but the certain guy who does nights would rather close it and sit in the gamble machines

Visited today (Sunday 5th Feb) and this is a review for the staff member working alone. Large queue with no help. An absolute credit to your company. Super efficient and very polite. Literally watched him doing 10 things at once. Not sure if it is normal for there to be only one staff member. If so then shame on you Costa! This guy deserves a raise!

Sadiya at Costa Coffee is a true gem! She not only remembers my favorite coffee every time I visit but also makes the best coffee around. I've become so accustomed to her incredible brew that I can easily spot it when someone else makes it. Her service and coffee are top-notch – a visit to Costa Coffee is incomplete without her!

I always enjoyed being here to have a break and the staff seems to be very helpful. Been here quite a few times and being served by at least six different people. Never had a problems and I can highly recommend this for anyone I will definitely be coming back here on occasions. Always seems to be space for cars or vans but lorries coul do with some extra space as quite often the queuing outside...

I have to say during the day, it’s a very good service, but I’ve been here early in the morning, and it’s been closed for a lunch break. Which has taken sometimes half an hour to an hour, which is ridiculous if you’re advertising a 24 hours service.

No ice or maple syrup. Hot chocolate was not nice. Brownies were okay. Lady who served us was very abrupt and was talking to someone on her phone half the time.

I usually have a good experience with Costa Coffee, staff are efficient and polite, the shops are warm and inviting, but this particular shop is located within a dirty, old, grotty looking Service Station. Inside it's equally dirty and grotty. The floor looked like it hadn't had a good clean and polish in a long time, crumbs everywhere, dog hairs, dirt, virtually every seat had coffee stains on the them, the whole place was uninviting, not like the modern cosy feel that you get inside their stores elsewhere. It wasn't busy at all during my visit on a Saturday morning so the service was quick and the coffee was as expected. My recommendation? Pull the whole thing down and build a new Service Station in it's place with better parking layout.

Nice place to chill. I always pop to costa for coffee and Sadiya is lovely there. Coffee is always perfect made by her. A perfect flat white.

They did not accept payment for coffee with reward points. When I bought my coffee I asked with cold milk and I got a drink so hot it burned my tongue. A terrible place.

Sadiya is very fast at making coffee and her coffee is never bitter. She always asks how i am and brings a smile on my face.
