Incredibly poor service. Ordered materials on line giving all standard contact details. Was asked a week later to confirm delivery address for an unknown reason. Once confirmed, the materials still weren't posted out for another 11 days! all the time they give very lame excuses around the C-19 pandemic. The company doesn't track 'cheap' orders.... says it all really, just not important enough.. I still don't have my delivery, a good 4 weeks down the line, and when I mentioned a full refund I was told that would be OK as long as I returned the phantom delivery back to Scotland.Embarrassed for the management of this outfit. Never mind, there's plenty more suppliers out there.

Huge range of great art supplies, artwork and Scottish gifts both online and in the gallery. Fantastic framing service that was tailored to our preferences and the appointment service is really flexible. Will definitely be back!
