We send around 10 - 20 parcels out with DX Express per week.We have around 10% being reported as damaged, this is costing us a fair bit now as we have to replace these items free of charge. A lot are also late.We are now at the point of having to take parcels to hellaby ourselves as it’s hit and miss whether DX will even turn up to collect. We pay for a service and receive very little for what we are charged.I’ve emailed a few times regarding damage which is just ignored.DX Freight - we send around 4 - 6 parcels a week with these also, they won’t collect from our unit even though DX Freight vehicle is there multiple times a day.Late deliveries, missing items (not scanned) have cost us over £1000 in the last 8 months.Raising complaints with both sides of the business just results in “claims” being opened which amount to nothing.

I'm very upset with the delivery first they say they would deliver on Wednesday then it went to Thursday after waiting all day someone called to say they were coming on Friday until 4pm they didn't even show up so I called them and they assured me they would deliver on Monday between 9:30 to 12:30 so far they haven't delivered anything I called again and they said between 15:30 and 16:30 today Monday 11th December 2023 poor company with lying employees

Shambles! Waited 3 days now from tracking emails, had people home waiting at given times, no show Monday no show Tuesday no show Wednesday then email stating driver cannot find address! No offense but the depot is only a stone's throw away from my home!! Stevie wonder could find our address quicker!!!Never a problem before with any other delivery companies not even yodel and that's saying something!!!!

Worse deliver company, always had issues. This time stated tried to deliver and not even come, was at home and have cctv showing they are telling lies and never came to the house with item

A totally incompetent outfit whose mission statement is a complete joke. Today, a delivery driver delivered a product to the wrong address despite clear and unequivocal delivery details, yet this outfit tried to turn the responsibility onto me that he had delivered the package to the wrong house. He even informed The Cake Store, to whom they were contracted, that the occupants of the wrong property had left a note as to where to leave the package. This is a disgraceful lie and DX Express should ensure that their commitments are fully adhered to otherwise they will lose all credibility.

Waited in 2 days on the bounce for my delivery with a time slot to expect it. They haven't even tried to deliver my parcel. Must wait another day now. Very poor delivery service.

I don't even want to give this company one star. The service is appalling. We have waited in over 2 weeks for one delivery to be told they have lost the item.We now have a second delivery (from a separate supplier) to be told it will be delivered with the same driver to wait in and it never arrive.We have called/emailed asked the company to contact the driver, give him our number so he can call us to direct him if he us struggling. We get lip service and every evening all we see on the tracking is scanned back into the storage centre".We have paid hundreds of pounds for these items and we are at a loss as what to do. With no one in DX willing to help us."

RUBBISH, I stayed in all day to be told no one was in and they have gone back to the company I purchased the items from, the day after I was told they had been delivered, which was a lie because I stopped in again, then the postcode D X EXPRESS said I'd requested the goods to be delivered to (which was untrue) as the postcode they delivered it to was 120 miles away. After finally hearing from customer service they passed the blame on the company I bought the items from. After asking why I was told they'd been delivered no answer until I sent several emails, I was told a mistake. When I finally got the goods the box had been put in a black bin bag because the box had been damaged I've still not had an explanation of to why this happ when they do finally get back which takes ages they blame the company I purchased the items from
