Super friendly and super sweet, this was the best wax I had as Sangeeta made sure every hair was gone, she inspected the area multiple times to make sure I wasn’t leaving with any hair left on me. Was wonderful having treatment with both Zara and Ayesha.Zara was so friendly and lovely also Informative about the Cryo treatment.Ayesha gave me a relaxing facial which I enjoyed and great results can’t wait to book my next appointment.

The new girl left my legs with scars (4 in total) from just a full leg wax yesterday. Get her fired. See pictures for proof (from straight after the wax and the next day)I asked her why do i have red lines during the wax and she claimed its normal to have redness but it was red lines like I have been scratched. This has never happened to me and I have been waxing for over 10 years. Its a shame about this place because you have good wax beauticians like Claudia and Aysha. But you also have really bad ones like Sangeeta and the new girl. Who will destroy this business. I have been a regular customer but yesterday’s experience has been off putting for me.

*update in response to Owners reply* I pre-paid via Treatwell so there is no way I could have left without paying. This is a disgusting lie in an attempt to invalidate my review.AVOID! If I could 0 stars I would. This is the worst waxing experience I have ever had to endure. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to warn people about this salon, I cannot understand the positive reviews.To start with the waxing was very poor quality, the therapists hands/gloves were covered in sticky wax throughout the appointment which was very uncomfortable when touching my skin. She repeatedly went over areas with hot wax which was very painful and I now have some skin peeling off. I still have hair left everywhere and I left covered in sticky wax.She also pointed out my stretch marks and asked if I had children, I do not think it is appropriate to comment on other peoples bodies when you are carrying out a treatment.The salon was untidy and unclean. The room was incredibly hot with a radiator blasting on a warm day, I was then made to feel incredibly embarassed and shamed for sweating. She blamed it on my clothing.At this point I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to walk out. The therapist did apologise for making fun of my body but I was already done. When I told her there was hair left she did denied it and then offer to remove it but I told her I felt too uncomfortable and sore and I just wanted to get out of that place.I asked for a refund and was told no.Seriously consider if you want the same experience before booking.

Nice cozy place. Had appointment with Claudia and Sangeeta. Waxing, massage and hydrafacial done. Felt rejuvenated. Fair prices and amazing service. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to come again.

Having my wax done for the first time was an experience and a half... However, I will definitely do it again at Stratford Salon because I was made to feel comfortable and reassured through the whole process
