Bad customer service. Went for car service and had booked for courtesy car. For some reason the were not able to add my license to their insurance. So they asked me to check if my license has penality points I checked then and their itself to see that there is no problem with my license. The representative was arrogant in his response saying that it's my license that is the problem and and I need to sort out it with DVLA and also said that we do day in and day out courtesy cars so it should my license's problem."The comments were just uncalled for.My feedback if you are going to do this check please do it during the time of booking and save everyone's time.Secondly please teach your staff some inter personal skills. Instead of making comments the staff could have called the insurance agency to ask what is wrong when I clearly showed that there is nothing wrong with licenceI felt really bad and cancelled my service appointment."

Just had my 3rd year service carried out - was dealt with by Dan Moss who was very helpful and answered all of my queries. Work on the car began promptly following my arrival and was completed in under 2 hours. Waited in the showroom with free tea/coffee, TV and wifi. Very pleased with the standard of service.

Really good. The sale advisors weren't annoying or ignorant. Just the right amount of involvement. Ready to help when you need them, but not pushy at all. Quite a difference to another car dealer across the road... The Honda man was quick, knowledgeable and helpful. Very well done. Pleasure to deal with.

Honda is absolutely bad in any point !!!Bad costumer service by the phoneBad costumer service in the shopBad salesman service as a parts !!Manager doesn’t care at all I feel ..I ask to speak with him he doesn’t even turn up !!!!Avoid this place !Very bad experience in Milton Keynes Honda shop …I went there order a simple part (oil engine dipstick)One months waiting costing me 5 times to go to there and ask what’s going on …Finally arrive I just try to fit it on my car and doesn’t even fit … try to call them they even cancel my calls for some reason … they said we will make you happy with discount lol jokers 5% anyway the parts it self is only 18£ but even for that they are bad …Honda you need to change a lot of things because it’s many costumers disappointed from your service. If this is how they selling a cars like the parts haha I’m not gonna be surprised if you closing down soonI got a picture from everythingI received today and doesn’t fit amazing service thank youI need to returned now ….Went there unbelievable wrong part number haha I’m hoping you guys understand how I heel

Had a software recall on my Honda, booking in was easy and had option of. Courtesy car, but waited as not to long, friendly helpful staff and a coffee whilst I waited, good service as usual.

A very friendly environment to purchase a vehicle. Hassle free and no pressure from pushy salesmen. I've recieved a very well prepared car that was cleaned and serviced on collection. Also had a small problem shortly after the sale that was sorted out by Brandon (the salesman). So I can also recommend their after sales support. Thankyou Johnsons Honda.

I booked in my Honda Civic for diagnostic (under warranty) check due to a lot of warning lights showing up. One of the warning light is related to electronic power steering so I wanted to talk to someone from the service depertment so that they can advice if it is safe to drive the car or should I arrange recovery service.For an entire week they were unable to find someone in the Service team to talk to me. They just take a note of my number and never call back, or keep me on hold while trying to find someone in the service team.It's clean that they don't have any service department and their cusomer service is non-existent. It's just sales and parts. So once you buy a car you'll be on your own.

My experience purchasing a used CRV from Harry was first class. I was treated like a very valuable customer from start to finish. The car itself was immaculately presented and warmed up ready for my test drive on a cold December morning.I world highly recommend Johnsons and Harry.
