Eden Vauxhall Torbay

Had a great experience at Eden Newton Abbot… Shane Holland went above and beyond and very patient with all my questions. Went there to buy a used electric car and came away with a brand new one !!

We have recently purchased a New Vauxhall Corsa it is outstanding. The colour is crystal silver and black. The Sales Advisor was very knowledgeable and helped us through the purchase. The salesperson was very customer focused and even although it was not necessary she insisted I take the car for a test drive to make sure I was happy with the product which was probably a good idea. We have had the car a few weeks now and are satisfied with the vehicle, and with Eden, Vauxhall

Shockingly bad service, managed to sell a car they did not have in stock, when a replacement was found I noticed damaged paint on collection and had to wait for it to be fixed. I collected with a serious battery recall issue that a different dealership informed me about when I contacted them due to a fault. The reason I had to contact the other dealership was because my service light had come on after a service had been completed at Eden Torquay a few weeks before. I contacted Eden Torbay and I was informed they would not reset, I should watch YouTube video and do it myself. The car has broken down and had to be reset by the RAC and is now at Exeter Enden which I can't fault their customer service.

Recently brought a new car with the help from Jeff. He was very efficient and kept me informed through every step, I knew when my car was being delivered to when it arrived at the dealership. Jeff was also helpful in sorting out my 3 day insurance so I could drive it home! Couldn't be happier with my purchase and the help from Jeff!

I dealt with Marcus who was polite on each occasion I spoke or met with him. He gave good advice when asked and was knowledgeable about the car I collected. MG team seemed to be very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent service from Daniel at the Newton Abbot branch. Really helpful and very pleasant to deal with. He answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with our new car.
