Was accepted as a guarantor for my daughter who was struggling to get a loan elsewhere and was in need of a new car as hers was dangerous!Smooth and quite quick process. Fairly quick and easy to set up and sort out. Friendly staff who keep you updated on the process as well as their members login where you can keep track of your application. Only issue I found was my first guarentor was declined with ample savings and income and great credit rating as she was disabled and in receipt of a benefit even though it is lifetime.

Same as the previous review, a vile company. I was a guarantor for my daughter, due to personal and health problems she couldn't make the payments so it fell to me. As someone has mentioned before, they don't do proper credit checks, they can't do or they would have seen that my credit was bad as well. They failed to take into consideration my age, and ignore the fact that I've had to reduce my working hours, they were asked not to phone me due to me working nights and a bad reception on my phone, they leave voicemails but when we try to call back no-one ever answers. My daughter has paid the original loan amount plus some of the interest and I made a full and final payment offer which they refused. I'd be interested in knowing more about what a previous poster said about the FOS saying not to pay anymore if you've paid the original amount back.

Securing a loan was very easy and straightforward. I applied late on Saturday and got my account credit before close of business on Monday. I am really happy I came across buddy loans. I’ll definitely be recommending you to others.

Very good experience I dealt with Chris who was extremely helpful with helping me understand what being a guarantor meant as I have never done it before. Everything was processed very quickly and very professionally. Also big thank you to Chris for always answering the phone quickly and keeping me up to date with everything. Very helpful and friendly would 100% recommend this company
