Absolutely shocking experience..Were presented with a bill that had a £20 service charge already on it. We very politely asked the waitress to remove that as we would be paying our own tip. On doing that the waitress tutted and literally ripped the bill from our hands and stormed off. We have eaten in countless restaurants in and around the area. This was by far the rudest experience we have had from any staff member. The food.... average but nothing more.. The service.... Ryanair would be ashamed to be that bad.We won't be back !

Wow~i know those restaurant cause recommend by a friend, food was so so nice, we do enjoyed the food, something special, staffs friendly and polite, love this restaurant, will come against.

I would give the service a 0 if I could. The staff genuinely don’t want to be there, which ruins the whole atmosphere in a once vibey place.After giving the estaury a few more chances due to the food being good, I’ve come to the conclusion I won’t ever return again. If you don’t want to work there let someone else boost this business back to where it belongs.

We had our Christmas party dinner here, 21 of us. No one had any complaints about the food or drinks. The waiter and waitresses were fantastic and very cheerful and helpful, nothing was too much. Food portions were large, so go there hungry! We had a variety of starters and mains and they were all really nice. It’s my first time there, but I would go again. Thanks for a great night

I’ve eaten and had drinks here a few times. It’s always been clean, staff are decent and have a bit of charisma. Never had a bad breakfast, on the pricey side, but worth it..Ate lunch here today, ordered a burger with some sweet potato fries and onion rings. The burger was abysmal, patty definitely not made on site. Over cooked, no kind of relish, butter, sauce or cheese in the bun, just chewy bread and a burger with the consistency of a flip flop.Sweet potato fries - never had these so poorly cooked before, guess the cook was rushed.. so much so they couldn’t be bothered to add any kind of salad to the plate.My 5 year old enjoyed her lunch at least.

Definitely too over priced. Service was very slow,and staff didn't seem to want to be there..There was only one member of staff who gave good service and seemed happy. We waited ages to get the bill so my wife went to get it. When my wife approached her she said what do you want? I think the staff need further training on how to deal with paying customers. Definitely off my to go list. Friends have also had similar experience.

The food was lovely, and the service was great. Portion size was large for the lunch portion. Definitely good value for money
