Chris the Workshop leader at Decathalon Hight Street Ken was fantastic in checking my Trek town bike in for a service. Very good with customers, and then most helpful in attending to the mechanical work. He is a 10/10.

On 11th of November I was buying gas burner and advised by a staff to take 2 gas canisters.To be sure I've asked if the canisters are compatible with the burner. Sure" was the answer.It was a great disappointment when I've tested them at home. Gas canisters was incompatible with burner and only one day for the camping trip left. I'had to rush to find gas that fit on the next day. Time well wasted :(And finally surprise

Carlos did an amazing job on my bike. It looked brand new when I left the store. Him and Roberto were also very friendly and willing to answer all questions I had. They also did a brief coaching on bike gears to me and how to take care of my bike. Thank you lads, amazing experience!

Excellent service today from Roberto at Decathlon High St Ken when I took my bike to be looked at. Sadly my 9 year old bike is past economic repair, but Roberto took time and care and gave excellent advice to confirm this. I’ll definitely be back when my new wheels need to be serviced. Great to get such good service in convenient high street location. Thank you!

I had a service for my riverside 920 after a collision with someone who walked out into the road with out looking.Roberto was the mechanic and I explained what had happened.He looked over the bike while I was there. He was very approachable and professional and I felt very comfortable that the bike was going to be looked after.I received a call mid afternoon from Roberto informing me the bike was ready and on arrival to the shop. He ran over everything that he had done.In summary. I highly highly recommend Roberto. He is professional to the highest level, but also very approachable and makes you feel very confident that you bike is in good hands. Will definitely recommend Roberto to anyone that needs their bike looking at.Kensington high street decathlon should keep him at all costs. He is an absolute asset to the store.
