Alex's response time was above and beyond what could of been expected. all parts needed to fix the leak Alex already had which meant the job was completed in one visit. Very professional, tidy workmanship and very friendly. Very happy and would defiantly use Alex's services again if needed. Highly recommend

Great job by Alex. Turned up as agreed to do a camera inspection due to a blockage. Diagnosed, found and cleared a fatburg in my sewer pipe very promptly.Great job, professional service, would definitely use again.

I found Alex after being let down by another plumber and I’m so glad I did. I had a leak from the bathroom into my living room and he was able to attend within a few hours and fixed the issue.I’ve had him back for a few other jobs and couldn’t be happier. Very responsive and turns up when he says he will.

Fantastic service. Can’t praise enough. Called on a Sunday morning. Alex gave me a time and turned up an hour early. Fixed the issue with no issues and showed me at the same time allowing me to learn a little. Price was fair. Service was great. Customer care was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Was with us to unblock our outside drain in under 10 minutes. Polite, efficient and knowledgeable about what was needed. Resolved the problem in under an hour. Excellent service. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if needed. I called several other companies as this was an urgent call out but others were unavailable or didn't call back. Hi all,I stupidly dropped something down my drain today and couldn’t get it out. Any attempts I made to try and remove the object made it slip further down the drain. Whilst other companies were charging ridiculous prices for a 2 minute job and not being able to get someone out to do the job until a week later. Alex was able to do the job on the same day with a reasonable price. Quick and reliable I must say. Thank you Alex x

We had to call them out as our toilet was blocked. Alex was very helpful and cleared the blockage without any fuss. He did a great job and was very professional. Would most certainly use him again and would recommend him to anyone.
