I found myself looking for a unique specialist, capable of upgrading and rebuilding a legacy MacPro to run very specialised, film negative scanners. I entered at least four shops in SW London, purportedly Mac specialist.To gain an understanding if they were capable of doing the job, asked a variety of questions. One, outright told me they were unable to help, one looked at me as if I was speaking in tongues, and ones suggested fix was a truly incredulous suggestion, illuminating that they were far from sure of the task at hand, in terms of how to proceed.Tim was completely the opposite. Firstly, he made me aware that what I was asking was in theory possible, but he could not guarantee success. Secondly, his appraisal of the parts supplied by myself indicated that he knew exactly what was being asked, and finally, his background.When you enter Ifix there is a display of early Macs to the present. The very first one you see, is what he was initially trained on!To find a Mac specialist to upgrade and rebuild a legacy machine is almost impossible, bar Tim, and the extremely professional and capable team at IFix, whom I would recommend without any hesitation whatsoever.

What a brilliant service. My laptop was ready to collect the next day. Very reasonable cost and kept informed from start to finish.

Another great experience here. I needed my screen replaced and it was done confidently and quickly. I cant recommend this place more highly. Really lovely people too.

I took my iPad (with a very cracked screen) in for repair. I was a little apprehensive due to an earlier review but found them to be efficient and VERY friendly!!!!Somehow they managed to complete the repair for the next time I was in the area which I really didn’t expect!!!Can’t compare price wise as this is a first for me but I really appreciated their efficiency and professionalism!!!#goodasnew!

Took my gfs laptop to be fixed as it wouldn't turn on. They said it needed a new keyboard which seemed unlikely but she told them to do it. When we picked it up two of the keyboard screws had been undone but the two rear mounts had been cleanly snapped off indicating the keyboard had been roughly removed. I brought this up, the man behind the counter said the laptop is so old (2.5 years) the plastic had disintegrated. Unlikely. I said this, he started shouting were you there" over and over and tried to grab the laptop off me

I put off fixing my laptop for ages because it is difficult to find a trustworthy computer repair service that doesn't overcharge. iFix Centre charged £96 parts+labour+VAT to replace my HP laptop touchpad which I thought was reasonable. They confirmed the price the same day and it was ready for collection 2 days later, much earlier than expected. It also came back looking cleaner and well-looked after. Would recommend.

The best place to get any technical issues resolved satisfactory with any of your laptops, PCs, mobile phones... They all have great expertise and professionalism, kind and efficient personnel would repair, clean and charge less than anywhere else around for their exemplary services! So happy they made my old laptop work again, re-set everything, change speakers..And my mobile is next to transfer all my data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone (you don't get that great service not even in the Apple store in Regent Street twice I went to Apple store they failed to do it!). I would only trust iFix to get to do that transfer and see all of my data as they are the best! I highly recommend their services!

I had two separate issues - one with an ipad (the problem & corresponding solution were immediately identified and could be fixed by me for no cost - incorrect charger and cable used by me!). The second issue was my MacBook Air battery which needed replacing. The process was efficiently and disruption was kept to a minimum. I was notified immediately when the parts were available and also when the battery had been replaced and all checks carried out. Would DEFINITELY recommend iFix to others - thank you for your excellent service.

Highly recommend ! Was quoted £900 in other shops for a new mac screen after having issues. The staff at iFix were really knowledgable and took the time to solve the root of the problem instead of charging mega money. Left spending £60! Thanks again!
