Convenient location, hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Family room was a bit on the small side but beds comfortable as always. Thank you so much for your help with all of our requests. Fantastic customer service

Arrived at 2.50pm and they wanted to charge £10 extra for early check-in as we were 10 minutes before 3pm.Rooms have no air conditioning, no drawers or cabinets to store clothes etc.Our stay is 4 nights and we'll have to leave clothes in suitcases.Pub next door that is connected is shocking ..... its tired with worn carpets, shabby decor and bored staff that have zero interest in providing a service.Only thing decent is the convenient location

First time at this one and after my last stop at Gt Whitcombe, I wondered whether I would have to 'walk 500 miles' to find food on this occasion or perhaps shower outside, as long as it was raining! However I have to say this hotel becomes one of my favourites. Great check-in staff, very friendly and efficient reminding me to pop my vehicle reg' into the parking screen and asking whether I would like to book a time for dinner and what time I required breakfast. The room was clean, a good size with some space in the bathroom too but I'll have to say it again, 'I still wish the bath's were replaced with shower cubicles'. Bed was the usual very comfy item. Moving on to dinner; waited mere seconds to be dealt with and given a table. Plenty of room in the restaurant, good beer, the Moretti was spot-on and my gammon steak appeared just a few minutes after ordering (it seemed); it was cooked to perfection. The bar area is a good size with stools around high tables as well as low tables but could use a few more soft seats (those little round cushion Carver's are damned uncomfortable!). It was a warm night and so was the room and as I live in the country I'm not used to motorway traffic noise so don't open the windows, so I did have a little trouble sleeping but that's my problem. Breakfast next morning was equally good, ranking amongst my best ever Prem' ones. Again, the server was with me within seconds and pointing me to a table and after pointing out the continental area, asking if I wanted time before ordering or order hot food immediately, which is my preferred way. Again it appeared within a few minutes and was really good with an egg that had a runny yoke rather than the white, which is a real treat. The sausage was good with the 'Cobham Armoured' skin nowhere in sight which was a double bonus! Coffee machine filled the mug to a decent level and it was hot. Now here's the thing that made it the best Prem' breakfast I can remember: I popped two slices of bread under the toaster and when they dropped out the bottom they were done exactly how I like them, not anaemic and requiring multiple journey's between the heating elements - if you know, you know! So overall, Worcester J6 has to be one of my best ever visits, probably top 5 at least!

Had to travel to Worcester for a work function happening th next day and this place was booked by the company to put us all up in. From arrival to check out the staff were fantastic. No delays at the desk as we all arrived and the room was very smart and clean with the heater being most welcome. The bed was comfortable and warm and the blackout curtains and windows kept out any noise and light from the nearby streets and motorway. I've not really got much of a connection with Worcester besides having to go there for business but, I'd you have a need to stay here for any reason, I'd have no problem recommending this hotel as a great place to have a wwrm7and comfortable overnight stay. Really well positioned right by the motorway too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs an upgrade though. The shower head had seen better days. The air con didn't work (there was a desktop fan). We also ran into issues with the Beefeater across the road. Advice: if you come here and you want to eat, book a table in advance (or go elsewhere as the young man on the door was very rude).

Stayed here when we went to a family function and by far its the best premier Inn we have stayed in. It's an ideal location and they do a cracking breakfast. Room was very clean and well presented. Will definitely be my ideal choice when stopping in the area again.

The Staff were lovely, really helpful. I have arthritis and the beds are quite high so I struggled getting into bed, I asked if they had a kiddie step I could use, they didn't but they did buy me a small stool. Because of health and safety they had to give it to me, not to borrow but to keep which I thought was amazing. I left it in the room but the manager has gone out and bought me this stool just to make me stay at the hotel easier. Above and beyond springs to mind. Thank you.

We stayed as part of a large group booking of rooms. On arrival, reception staff got us all checked in quickly The rooms are typical of Premier Inn comfy bed and everything you need, although some minor signs of wear and tear. Location is great, right on M5. Breakfast was good. Staff were very kind to our 5 year old giving her a colouring pack on arrival and a mini pack of cookies as we left. Thank you for that.

Only recommend for short stays (1 noght). We had a family room but it is really a double with 2 pull out beds, which were all bumpy and dreadful to sleep on. Rooms are dated, very small, built in bedside tables, which could barely fit a book and a water bottle. Would not go back again.
