I am so impressed with both the massage received and the meaningful diagnosis of my ‘aches and pains’. Martin is explaining what I’ve got to do to go forward in helping myself, but also offering such kind support as we progress each meet up. This is the first review I have ever done for anything. But having had physio with others. Martin is the first physio who has explained everything in detail and worked through my whole body not just my lower back. The support he provided was first rate my lower back which was an issue every morning and day is now no longer even thought of. I would highly recommend the professional first rate service. Thanks.

I've been invoved in impact sport all of my life. I believe I know a good physio when I see one. Very helpful. Really knows his stuff. Got really tight back. Walked me through a range of specific strength and resistance exercises to build up core and chest which is likely causing problems. Also gave me some good routines for rotator - useful as cricket player. Finished with a much needed massage. Will likely return at some point in new and would strongly recommend.
