New Street Dental Practice
Absolutely disgusting service!!! My partner had a tooth that had cracked and this Dental Surgery performed a filling which was then done completely wrong and has infected my partners gum and the remains of the tooth as they refused to pull it! 3 attempts to book an appointment, each time was told to wait a month, and still can't get an appointment. Affecting her sleeping at night. DISGUSTING!!! Needs to be shut down!!!

New Street Dental Practice
Went In there as an emergency patient, I found the dentist very unfriendly and barely looked into the problems. I think he needs to work more in his public relations and be more professional about his job. I would never want to go back there and am currently on a treatment with different dental and everyone there seems to love their profession and looks happy about it.

New Street Dental Practice
Dreadful!I went 3 times. I was suffering chronic tooth and gum pain. But was told there was nothing wrong. I was told I had an ulcer on my gum and given antibiotics. After another sleepless night of pain I got into another practice. On my first visit I had the tooth taken out as it was so bad and was told I hadn't got ulcers but I had a severe infection caused by the tooth that had to come out. Shame on you sandwich Dental practice! I am disgusted

Went to dental practice and saw a lovely dentist called Kim, who really put me at ease. . Had to have extraction, done so quickly and with only a little pain. Would definitely go there again.

I went in agony with a tooth and said that a temporary filling was not sufficient.. they gave me one anyway I got home it fell out when I hadn't eaten or even drank anything and now I'm currently in more pain than I was in before. I was told to call the following day and pay for the treatment again... worst dentist ever

Really had a positive experience with the dentist Avras Singh Sohanpal. He was able to take away the fear and anxiety of the dentist for my toddler. All the staff are very friendly too !

The staff are so good Hannah and Gemma are so patient with everyone it's such difficult times to get an NHS dentist , so appointments are hard to get but the girls really do there best to help so please let's all be patient with them.Santosh you really are a great dentist you are kind understanding and patient..you really help me to get through an appointment and I've never felt Any pain from you .thank you to you all for all your hard work

New Street Dental Practice received me as an emergency, for a back tooth extraction. I was in extreme pain, and also phobic of dentists because of previous bad experience.They were fantastic! Angie, the dentist I saw and her assistant, put me at ease, explained my options and my situation, and were very empathetic and then performed a painful extraction with speed and skill.I have never felt happier for a dental experience, and as they generally terrify me, I can only offer my deepest thanks!

I was with a previous dentist in Dover, who lost their contract. Possibly because their care and welfare to patients was poor.I visited New Steeet for an emergency appointment, and I got to see an amazing dentist called Kim. I think Dr Kim is quite possibly the best dentist I have ever been to or seen by.Her sympathetic approach to deal with patients, with her personal touch is excellent. She gave me tips that no other dentist has ever done. She is a credit to this surgery, along with her nurse.The staff on the front desk were extremely helpful,and very warming.My experience so far with New Street has been nothing but exceptional.
