Greggs

Just popped in to grab pastry which should have been hot but cold, cream buns stale and staff were more interested in each other than serving

Been in a few times now, always out of stock of products.Cold savoury items even though they are meant to hot.No soup…Staff don’t look to happy either.

Been here a few times in the hope it might get better but no. Staff sweeping up and moving boxes then straight into making the breakfast baguettes with bare hands no hand washing inbetween. Final straw today lad behind the counter pretty much shouting at me “ WHAT YOU WANT” then whilst getting it started brushing hands and messing about with another staff member. If zero stars was possible I would. Won’t be going again.

I came into the shop and the lovely women called Lorraine got me some of my favourite donuts and they were delicious!! Great service and tasty food!!

Go every morning and never have any buggets. it's not hard. Just make more I see 3 people every day asking. Sorry, we have none .sort it out and make more

It's definitely a Greggs but with the price tag of a service station, staff are friendly too.

Who doesn't love Greggs am I right. Coffee and 4 sausage rolls. A winner in my book. And also they do other stuff.

Best thing to happen to Rougham. I am a new regular here and have been going here since the day they opened. The staff here are the friendliest and happiest people I have ever known in a Greggs. Ana, the manager, is amazing at her job, and I think the staff must love having her as a manager as always smiling and happy, which is infectious in a nice way. Lorraine has never been rude to anyone in all the times I have been in here, which is at least 4/5 times a week. We have always had a laugh whilst being served, so struggle to understand how one review said she was rude to them. I know it has really upset her having her name on a bad review, so this is the main reason for my review. She also joked that she doesn't even like steak bakes like me, but everyone is intitalled to their opinion. I think if you ever have a problem with a member of staff, speak to the manager about it, as it is not nice to have your name plastered on Google in a negative way.

Popped in for sausage rolls, the que was quite long and very slow because the two and a half people behind the counter clearly didn't want to be there, not a smile between them bearly even a good morning, disappointing customer service is an understatement
