Very impressed, I am a vegetarian and ordered the vegan steak. The first member of staff put on fresh gloves before taking my order, on realising I was meat free, he then asked the second staff member to put on fresh gloves to complete my sub. No one has ever actually done that before and I really appreciate him doing so.

Subway workers are so rude don't know how to treat customers banging the bread,cheese and veggies. Just little amount of sauce is used .I don't know what's wrong .I tried different branches and all have this kind of behavior.

The app showed £5 foot-long deal but for whatever reason did not work on their system. They weren't helpful at all with the issue and instead pressured me to pay the full price.

Attended this evening at 9.55pm. Door was locked. Staff were behind the counter. I knocked on the window to purchase a bottle of Robinsons juice. Staff signalled shop was closed. Explained to them all I wanted was a drink and the sign on opening hours were till 10pm. They still refused. I asked for the manager. Arrogant manager who said his name was Ansar came to the door and said they were closed and he would not serve me.Won’t be going back.

What an experience !! Been coming for years but today was different, was met by a young lad who works here by the name of Hashim Hamid. What a credit to this store, so polite and manners are on point Smiling all they way through with such positive energy . Keep it up and keep shining young man.Thank you Hashim !!

The woman at the till needs to improve on her manners. A 'please' and 'thank you' without being rude would go miles.
