Found this little hidden gem after visiting a few cowboy dealers! Oli is a lovely lad who doesn't pester you for a sale like some do. We gave the car a good inspection and couldn't find any faults.Fair pricing, Honest, trustworthy little car dealers - what more do you need! Will definitely be recommending to others. Thanks again for your service oli ✌

For my recent purchase of an MPV car in December 2022. I would like to express my dissatisfaction and bring to your attention several issues that have arisen since the purchase.Firstly, despite my numerous attempts to contact your dealership via text and phone calls, I have encountered persistent difficulties in reaching them. This consistent lack of response has resulted in significant time wastage and undue frustration on my part.Furthermore, at the time of purchase, I was expressly promised by your representative that the missing parts, specifically a map and a cover, would be promptly provided. However, to my dismay, it became evident that these essential components were not included in the purchase, despite assurances to the contrary. Moreover, the dealer represented that they would assume responsibility for the associated costs, yet no payment has been received as originally agreed. These instances of false representations and non-performance constitute a breach of our contractual agreement.Additionally, a grave safety concern has emerged in relation to the vehicle's braking system. The car exhibits a persistent brake issue, which poses significant risks to the safety of myself and other passengers. This defect represents a clear breach of implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Moreover, despite the dealer's explicit assurance that there were no leaks or signs of flooding, I have discovered the presence of rust within the car. This contradicts the representations made during the purchase process. Additionally, the vehicle exhibits a substantial defect in its waterproofing, as evidenced by significant water leakage whenever the car is subjected to routine washing. This breach of implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose further compounds the deficiencies in the vehicle's condition and quality. In addition to these material issues, I have identified further concerns with the car, including a dent on the driver's side door, the absence of a maintenance history, and worn-out front tires. These issues contribute to the overall diminished value and unsatisfactory condition of the vehicle.During the course of our negotiations, the dealer presented me with a retail price from Auto Trade, indicating that the car's value was approximately £5300. Relying on this information, I proceeded with the purchase without seeking any further discounts. However, subsequent investigation using the car's registration number and mileage on Auto Trade revealed that its fair market value was in fact around £4500. This raises significant concerns regarding the dealer's deceptive sales tactics, which unjustly disadvantaged me as a customer.Based on my harrowing experience, I hereby express my unequivocal disapproval and refusal to recommend your dealership to prospective buyers, particularly in regard to after-care service. The litany of issues I have encountered, coupled with the misleading information provided and the persistent failure to address my concerns, have severely undermined my trust and confidence in your dealership's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. In light of the foregoing, I cannot recommend your dealership to others, particularly when it comes to after-care service. The issues I have encountered, coupled with the misleading information provided and lack of response to my attempts to resolve them, have significantly diminished my confidence in your dealership.

I purchased a Focus from Oli at the start of June. Oil’s service was excellent and his no-pressure sales approach sets O’regan Motors above most. I had a minor problem a month after purchase, Oli was really helpful in getting this sorted under warranty. Would definitely use these guys again and would recommend to others.

Please read the edit.If could give 0 I would.Brought a car of them in early February 2023 it’s now June and I’ve only just had the car back .Within the first couple days I noticed a noise coming from the crank pulley. I messaged olly a few times about this and he ignored my messages , so I took it to my local garage and they advised me to take it back to the dealership after they had put a new pulley on , that took over 2 weeks.I messaged Olly about this and once again he ignored my messages. It’s taken almost 10 weeks to get the pulley sorted , and the car is still broke the noise is still there and the pulley is still wobbling. Didn’t even get the receipt of what had been done to the car I had to ask for it.there’s lack of communication barley any customer service just throws the keys at you.Edit : Hi Olly. I know I didn’t purchase the car my partner did and we have screen shot proof of you reading the messages and not replying for days or even at all.And technically yes you didn’t literally throws keys at him but that’s what it felt like. You didn’t even want to book the car into your own garage so he had to do so himself. And the 2 independent garages you took it too clearly didn’t see the wobbling pulley.Which wasn’t even the fault as we have now found out.And it wasn’t buyer remorse, he wanted a car that wasn’t broke.First time we came and looked at the car you said the noise was condensation, so clearly not so get your facts right. After 4 months it’s finally being resolved. No thanks to you.Kind regards Sheri

Dealt with Oli on quite a few occasions and he's a pleasure to deal with, always straight and never tries to rip any one off. A man of his word and a great all round car dealer.
