Having had treatments with Ludmila over the last few months, for stiffness in my legs and pain in my hips from arthritis, I cannot recommend Esperanza Holistics highly enough. Warm, knowledgeable and professional, Ludmila has carried out Shiatsu massage much to my mental and physical benefit; I leave each session feeling really positive. Highly recommended if you want to improve your life, strengthen your inner self and find balance (on both levels, the mental as well as the physical). Have you ever thought about your posture? Why is your neck and back painful? Why do you feel tense inside? No matter what type of health worry are pushing you down, there is always a path to better you. I was exhausted and tense inside... and so, I turn to Ludmila (not only because of her beautiful name), I knew that one session won't make the difference I was aiming for, and so I went for five (thus, I had a mixture of everything) and I let her to touch me (I am not a touchy person). I was not expecting a miracle, I still have a long way to go to a full recovery (if it’s possible) BUT I feel more myself, I can grow again, and I leant to listen to my body more… because everything is connected. Ludmila's knowledge and skills are breathtaking, advice simple and logic/ based on common sense. Thus, follow her lead, she listen to you and your body.

I am 37 weeks pregnant and had a shiatsu massage from Ludmilla, she was extremely knowledgeable and made sure my comfort was the utmost importance and that’s the treatment was exactly to my preface. The treatment was relaxing and my body felt so much lighter in the following days

I recently had Shiatsu from Ludmila for my Scoliosis (curve in my spine) which causes tightness and discomfort in my neck, shoulders and back.I have had two sessions, both extremely relaxing. After the first I noticed a marked improvement in my symptoms but I was blown away by the second!My spine was visibly straighter and I felt more upright and even taller!All the tightness and tension had gone and I felt on top of the world!I cannot recommend Ludmila highly enough. Lovely relaxing shiatsu massage whilst 8 months pregnant. Ludmilla gave a really holistic approach, very knowledgeable about how to help with my specific aches and gave useful tips for birthing preparation. I was so comfortable throughout the treatment and slept amazingly well afterwards!

What can I say about Ludmila. I have found her Shiatsu massages THE most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. She is a knowledgeable therapist and her aftercare is always helpful. So thankful that I have found her and have no hesitation in recommending her, and have done so.

I had a shiatsu massage with Ludmila at 40 weeks pregnant to ease my aches and pains and it was WONDERFUL! She is so skilled and was mindful of my stage of pregnancy all the way through. I saw Ludmila yesterday, I contacted her in desperation due to having severe persistent pain down the right side of my body, poor posture, low energy, bad sleep, and feeling tense all the time. Ludmila listened intently as I described my symptoms and decided the first session should be some reflexology. Goodness me, she has such healing hands. I was in heaven for the hour session and this morning my shoulder is looser, I slept really well, and I'm already moving around a little easier. I booked in for shiatzu next month and I'm already looking forward to it. Calming to be in the presence of her, consummate professional, methodical and thorough. I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

Review:I had two reflexology sessions and one shiatsu with Ludmila. I can honestly say that I have never had such instantly, effective holistic therapy in my life! I love reflexology and have had lots of it off various therapists but this was on another level. After reflexology/Shiatsu with Ludmila I slept so deeply and was full of energy the next day. Hadn't felt like that for months.She is also a very nurturing and caring person, just being around her makes me feel calm and at ease. I found this amazing lady on google after being advised to get a lymphatic drainage massage, this is because i had water retention and swollen ankles from my long haul flight. I knew nothing about this but Ludmila explained everything to me. I noticed the results straight away, it was amazing. I went back for a second visit as i had some sort of allergy to my face and Ludmila done a bit of a mix up of lymphatic, reiki and acupuncture and WOW what a difference it made. I am going back on a regular basis and will maybe try other services that Ludmila provides. I highly recommend this lovely lady so if anyone has any problems they need treating or just a nice relaxing massage then Ludmila is your lady x
