Absolutely amazing. Charlotte was so kind and helpful. She was sooo knowledgeable! I had such lovely assessor.I couldn’t of asked for anyone better.Keep her!!! She’s wonderful, such an asset to the company.Charlotte is so patient, she has made me feel like a human. She didn’t make feel embarrassed at all about my disability.I honestly can’t say anything but amazing and positive things about Charlotte and the process.The process was super easy. I wasn’t made to feel embarrassed. I didn’t feel judge. It was informative and helpful. We discussed all the different ways in which I could be helped. We looked at the best solutions for my problems.

Charlotte, my DSA needs assessor today, was the absolute kindest lady I could have spoken to. She was reassuring, kind and overall a pleasure to speak to. I was very anxious leading up to my assessment and I couldn’t have had a better experience if I tried. She was absolutely lovely and I am extremely happy with the outcome of my assessment:)

I have just come out of of my assessment with Charlotte full of emotion and full of optimism! Being a mature student is hard enough but even more when you have dyslexia. Charlotte talked me through all of the software available to me and I know it is going to make a huge difference to my studying. Charlotte was so friends and understanding and put my at ease straight away. The whole process was very easy and causal, thank you to Charlotte! x
