Do NOT use this store. Wrong item given so I went to get a partial refund or return. The manager STE threatened me while I’m disabled on crutches. No chair offered and stood in my way while trying to leave. He refused to give me a return and said ‘I don’t care about this job’ and got in my face. Guys a compete psychopath, avoid.

Staff extremely rude wanted to collect a tumble dryer but was told only deliver to me at cost of £30 and yet they advertise collection on this item?? So false advertising and when challenged manager he jiust laughed?? Very rude won't buy anything EVER from them and won't recommend company!!! Ceo should check on them !! Surely that's bad customer service??

Excellent service and assistance in store, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful unlike when you attempt to contact the store by phone, went through to a call centre, and 2 further departments, ringing the actual store would be some much more beneficial, sensible and efficient, but can't seem to do that anymore, took me 40 mins, still didn't resolve my query. But going into the store at Deepdale, Preston was a pleasure.

Been trying to sort out my faulty Meile hoover for weeks. Had to visit Deepdale store 27.11.23 and the guy was rude, completely disgusting attitude, talking over me, even my children were shocked at how I was spoken to.Basically said my issue is with the manufacturer not them.You need to do your homework mate : the goods you sell should be......Satisfactory quality,AsDescribedFit for purposeAnd last aReasonable length ofTime

I went in to find a keyboard to test to see if I felt comfortable with pressing the keys and get a general feel for it. I entered the store and spacious comes to mind, but as I walked around the aisles the world bare also crossed my mind too. There really wasn't any products on display in the computer section. You can tell we're moving to online shopping experience now.

I ordered the item online, so it was only a pickup. The young girl looked like she just wanted it to be over.I offered my ID as your told to, never checked it.Tried to sell me cover for item with about as much gusto as trying to sell sand to a camel!!!Handed over box, no offer of a bag or anything. I'd never go in-store again, as just collecting something I felt I was wasting their time

I recently visited this store to trade in an iPad. I was pointed to multiple places around the store to different employees which told me to go to another area. Finally after getting the attention of one he didn’t even look into the box to see the device before telling me a price. The service was very poor compared to the Blackpool store and Capitol Centre store. I recommend driving slightly further to the Capitol Centre store to as they have extremely helpful lovely staff.

Large Currys near the Deepdale retail Centre. Never seems very busy so staff are not to difficult to get hold of if you need general advice. Stock a large range of household electrical appliances including the latest digital equipment. Great if you are looking for a big TV. Staff friendly and helpful, but not useful if you need really technical advice ( in my oppinion ). Always ampful parking, so very convenient to pop in of you know what you want.
