It's a shame I had to even give it 1 star it doesn't deserve that. There was hardly any choice and what was there was cold. The whole place was dirty, the toilets were disgusting. Food all over the floor and no attempt was made to even sweep it. You'd be forgiven for thinking we turned up with 10 minutes to go but we got there at 8.15 which you would think would be the best time to attend. The dessert choice was abysmal with only a few little jellies. No prawn crackers at all which is poor for a Chinese restaurant, made all the more baffling when two staff members had made time to go out and replenish the alcohol stocks. That is if it wasn't for there private use..

All you can eat with robot waiter service. Food good , very good service, pleasant staff, clean and tidy. £24.99 per head, trouble is you can certainly eat far too much. Worth a visit though.

We are very impressed by these new style of having all you can eat Chinese food. We were helped by lovely Jess to use the app to order the food. She is amazingAs for the food; They all come in small portions which is great as you get to try different food items on the menu. Everything is freshly prepared and tasty.The manager Sam is great with his team to make sure everyone is happy with the food and service.The settling is well prepared for groups or just couple. Everything is Clean and tidy during our visit. If you are keen on “tapas” style to dine then for sure you would enjoy this new style of having a Chinese buffet banquet in the area. Highly recommend and good value for what we have experienced!!

Lovely restaurant and lovely service. Top tips for those new to visiting .1. Download the app before you visit.2. Once you have sat down, immediately order three items per person and get your order in. It takes about 12 minutes for the robot to then deliver your food.3. The robot is super cute and can deliver different orders so only take the food from the tray of the robot if it is lit up in blue.4. Whilst you are waiting for your food have your next order ready. Once the robot has delivered an order, immediately submit your next order so that your food is made whilst your eating. That way you can maximise the experience .5. Remember the portion sizes are tapas style. They are small but that's great cos it means u can try lots of different things. We managed to try over 60 dishes !

The worst experiance ever. Half of the food which we ordered never arrived, other half was so delayed. Customer service does not exist there, waiters chatting at the bar instead of doing their job. They still told us that we have to pay even if we didnt recived the food.. Quality of dishes is horrible, most of it was non edible, dry or it did taste weird. Definietly worst restaurant I have ever been. Even local people around told us that it is worst place to go to(unfortunatley we realized that after our 'meal'). Definietly not recommending this place.

Friendly staff who helped us with the app we had to use to order meal, quick service, very family orientated, quite a lot of children with parents enjoying food. Much smaller dishes than we are used to, but still very filling all the same, good value for all you can eat for £17.99 as we went on Sunday evening. Not the best chinese restaurant I've ever been to but it did have the best selection of puddings with profiteroles, sticky toffee puddingand gateaux not just the normal ice cream and lychees.

Not what it used to be, no longer a buffet, I know Corona virus has changed things but this is no longer a buffet, other buffets in the area are still operating as buffets but this place makes no sense. You have to download their app and order at your table and the food is bought out to you, like a restaurant, not a buffet. The choice of dishes is very limited compared to what it used to be when it was a true buffet. You can order as many times as you like and the portions that are served are really small so you do need to order more than once. Overall very disappointing as it is not a buffet and the ordering process is a long drawn out affair. We used to visit this place regularly before lockdown, we will not be returning.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Didn't mind the robot - however being advertised as a buffet, the choice to go up and serve yourself would also be very welcome.Food quality was good. Some dishes were quite rich but enjoyable.Quite pricey though. Not sure if I'd return tbh

We went here the other day and this is the first time we have tried something like this for dinner as in all you can eat sort of restaurant experience. I can say it was really enjoyable.You would get small portions of most items so it would allow for you to try quite a few different items on the menu.Ordering is all done through the app and the robot machine called bellabot will come to your table with anything you order the majority of the time.The food itself is quite nice some items taste just average and it's nothing that will blow you away but there are some real nice items such as the Duck Strips in Hoisin Sauce. Essentially if you have ever had crispy duck pancakes from a Chinese before and you like that, then you'll probably really enjoy this item too.

Visited here tonight with family for the 1st time.When we first arrived, we were at little confused as it isn't a traditional buffet.You order through an app and small bowls are served to your table 3 per person at a time.It was simple enough to set up and the food came out pretty quick.(I think my in laws would have struggled if they weren't with us though)PROS -● Food was served by a cat robot which was pretty cool● Food came out quick enough● Easy to use and order once you know how● Good selection of foodCONS -● All the food was luke warm at best which was disappointing● The meal was overall very expensive for what you got.● Staff automatically brought large drinks when we didn't ask for large.● Food was average in quality● The ordering system and tiny bowls is good in 1 way so you don't waste loads of food but also bad in another because you get full waiting for the next bowl and hardly eat anything for the £22● No dairy free desserts● Charged adult price for my 11 year old son despite me saying he doesn't eat a lot (he only had spring rolls, rice and a dessert which cost us £22)The gimic of the robots was fun and the kids enjoyed it, but I wouldn't rush back.
