Met the wonderful Ella at the restaurant. She is an amazing person. So friendly and attentive during our visit. She is a great ambassador for the company.

Nothing short of an interrogation when returning trousers with original receipt and label attached within 48hrs of purchase. Accused of looking worn and made me wait 10mins to get a manager for further interrogation in front of a queue of other customers. Terrible service, won't be back

Very disappointed with Dorothy not only she is too lazy to do her job this morning. Also she isn't friendly like most staff do. I would have use the self service if it wasn't for over £10 foods I bought. The card has £10 only. It won't accept in the self service check out. She could have used the check out counter near the self service counter but no told me to go to the check out counter to pay. She got time to chat with her colleague.I am a regular markies customer for donkey years.I'm very disappointed with the cherries I bought today. There are all very soft like not firm. This is first time I encountered very soft cherries.Today (13th Nov) I came across blueberries muffins in a boxOn manager special. Decided to buy it. I demolished the two muffins. It was so delicious. Will definitely get another box of two blueberries muffins in a couple of days.

I just buy selective items at M&S Simply Food based on cost. I like their bags of potatoes which are of very good quality and last me a bit longer. Also their real life dairy cream from a squirt out container is very tasty in a hot chocolate drink. Basically their fresh veg is particularly good and economical, an excellent buy. They usually have tinned beans at a good price. Some other foods I find although of high quality I have to be selective on cost. However, it is good to give yourself a treat from some of the more expensive products, I personally find, occasionally.

It seems to me that M&S have had to reinvent themselves several times as their clothing line has failed to ignite public interest, or spending. Leaving aside personal likes and dislikes the store itself always seems crowded. For me in a wheelchair it is very difficult to weave between shop fitting rails and display plinths of varying heights. As the store is on two levels, points awarded for provision an elevator. Same points lost because it is extremely difficult to access. There are clothing rails within 1.5M of the doors, and very little space to manoeuvre push chairs on and off the lift at the upstairs doors. No better on the ground floor for access. Moving through to the food court, it suffers from the same lack of space, but the staff were very helpful here.The car park is big and well laid out, but I suspect the blue badge parking may be is abused in the area near the food court.The cafe upstairs is definitely worth a visit. Great quality but certainly not cheap.

Very busy store but nicely laid out and plenty of stock. Lovely bakery.

Good sized store. Always quite busy. Lots of products and never a big wait in line for the checkouts.

Super cute kids jumper. I thought children would love to wear this jumper while attending my birthday parties for dogs. I can host the parties at many types of venues. Your dog would be ebtertained by trusted dog agility trainer. I have suppliers who make beautiful celebration cakes and treats. Your dog can get pampered too. I'm on Instagram abracadebra_events

Popped into the deli for a coffee back in January when I was over this way. Had a lovely cappuccino and a cheese toastie. Was having such a nice chilled out time that I also had a pot of tea. Staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. Would always pick M&S for a coffee over the other high street chains.

I was served today by Phoebe in the lingerie department. I was bringing back a set of pyjamas & she couldn't have been more helpful & smiled all the time. The shop was freezing cold though.Thanks Phoebe.
