We picked Andy purely based on the reviews we'd read. Andy & Son were extremely professional, polite and tidy. They are real perfectionists and won't settle for anything less - this is rare these days and we really appreciated all the hard work they put into making our bathroom look fab. They really helped us out with a few problems and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Andy Carroll & Son and we hope to get them back when we do our other bathroom!

Andy and Andrew helped with refurbishing our studio bathroom and kitchen. Their service, attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. It comes with a price tag you expect for such quality. Highly recommended.

First time used after reading all the online reviews. Very helpful when I first called them lots of good communication. Resealing and cleaning shower/tiles. Showed up this morning as promised and got on with the job, very tidy, work completed quickly and very informative about one or two other questions I had about cleaning stone etc., I wouldn't hesitate to use again and probably will be ! What a fantastic job. My old crumbling bathroom tiles have gone, the rotten old planks underneath have been relaced, floor heating put in and beautiful tiles set firmly and evenly in place. Andy and Andrew are a pleasure to meet and the job they have done for us is first rate. I would highly recommend them.

Being a perfectionist I only give a full rating when it's deserved. After Andy re-grouted our en-suite to a high standard we decided to use him to get our kitchen tiled. Andy & his son completed the job to a 'very' high standard...a true professional who is very trustworthy. I had no problem letting Andy have a key to come and go while I was out at work. I will only use Andy for future tiling jobs - Thanks Andy.

Came to give a quote for removing old floor tiles and re fixing new, nice guy but was uncompetative and talked the complexity of the job up to try and justify his quote.

Andy and Andrew have done two jobs for us now and we have been extremely impressed by their work. Several people have commented on the quality of the tiling they have done for us and we're really pleased with the results.Frankly I just wish all of the tradespeople we've had to do work on our house were like Andy and Andrew - professional, polite, nice guys who we have been completely comfortable leaving in the house to do work while we're out. Their attention to detail is impressive and they went beyond the call of duty to help us hang a mirror on the bathroom tiles they fitted (which was a far more complicated process than it sounds!).Without hesitation highly recommended.

As a landlord with a flat in Manchester, but very rarely there, I had been worried about my bathrooms needing a bit of a helping hand. Andy was fantastic straight away, a friendly voice at the end of the phone, that would pop round without a call-out fee to check on the work I needed doing at a time that suited me.The work by himself and his son was carried out with the minimum of fuss and to the highest of standards. I had been so worried that the work could prove tricky, but Andy and Andy were fantastic and left the bathrooms looking like showrooms! Not only this but they left them completely spotless!! even better cleaners than the ones i'd hired the week before!!!Thanks guys, you've made a big big difference, and i'd highly recommend you to anyone.
