I received first class care today at Thomas & Holloway. I was booked in quickly and efficiently. The optician was thorough and professional and took time to explain his findings after my eye exam at length. I had been booked in after my doctor requested it, at very short notice. The staff are wonderful, very kind and polite. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Really good experience from the eye examination through to choosing the right glasses. Very thorough and not put under any pressure to buy glasses or make a decision on the spot. Very supportive & informative staff helping me to choose the right frames. Really happy with the service I received.

I have been a regular customer to Thomas and Holloway for a few years and the service has always been fantastic. The staff are helpful and friendly. The optician is very professional and thorough. I always receive a full explanation of any tests or scans. Recently I attended and received brilliant advice for my new glasses. I love them. The whole family go here for eye tests and I genuinely would not visit anywhere else or trust anyone else for such a good service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Having been going to Thomas and Holloway for many years. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, their suggestions for frames have been spot on. Mark is very professional and informative so you feel very confident in the outcome of the test and any recommendations he makes.It is definitely a plus, and a pleasure, to be able to see the same optician on a regular basis as well as at least a couple of the staff who have also been there a very long time.

My husband has used Thomas and Holloway for years and would not go anywhere else. The staff are so pleasant and we can always have a laugh with them. Also in a recent emergency when his glasses broke, they actually stopped him looking like Jack Duckworth!!!

Have been a customer at this optician for many years. Even though we left Dronfield 9 years ago we wouldn’t go anywhere else as the service, advice, professional attitude and attention to detail is second to non.Also an excellent choice of frames available and support from the reception staff.

As a family we had used the North Anston branch for many years but had no hesitation in moving to Dronfield when the former closed. We have always received excellent care and attention from every member of staff and this has continued with the move.
