I cannot thank Wayne’s services highly enough for the outstanding service we received with the loss of our mum / nan. Wayne was very professional and caring and nothing was to much trouble making a very sad time a little easier. I can highly recommend Wayne Kelly to anyone who is going through a difficult time.

I can’t thank Wayne enough for dealing with the recent sad loss of my husband of only 58 days. Very caring and compassionate from the first meeting. Kept informed every step of the way. I planned the perfect funeral which Wayne instigated without any fuss. No sales patter and I from the start felt comfortable with him and his services to care for my boy. I also went to two other funeral directors in Frome who quite frankly did not deserve to care for me or my husband. I wanted to be treated with care and compassion .and not the next ££££through the door . Never an easy time when you loose a loved one and can be daunting arranging everything. Wayne was always available for any questions related to mums funeral .From the very moment we walked into his premises we felt completely at ease that mum was being well looked after whilst in his care .His care and compassion are a rare thing to find and he truly is dedicated.
