Absolutely sensational from the insulating staff. They were doing their job efficiently well and spot on.

Used this company in eco3 and now i am a returning customer in eco4.I have had multiple measures in both eco's, my house is fully insulated and i retained A lot of my heat this past winter.I highly recommend this company, service was great from start to finish.

Survey done back in February, people seemed very good initially. I had high hopes as work was approved within 2 weeks and a date booked for the insulation. It's now been 8 months and no work has been completed. Numerous correspondence, further surveys but just fobbed off! Awful service and company. It seems these grant schemes haven't improved, very disappointed in these so called energy efficiency schemes, I've been left with no boarding on my cellar ceiling and all the cold air coming up through the floor boards. My neighbour has had a similar experience, I would definitely not recommend, 1 star is generous!Edit: thank you for your quick response in clarifying the situation. It is a shame you do not cover Nottingham, there is a gap in the market for good installers!

I took advantage of this scheme & would recommend it to anyone who is eligible. The whole process was dealt with very professionally. The workmen were very polite & friendly. Whilst on my property they followed the current COVID guidelines. As a result of having the work done I have already noticed the savings in my monthly fuel bills.

From start to finish the whole process of insulating my home and replacing the boiler went smoothly I only have good words to say of all the people I spoke to and came in contact with during the process if your thinking of using there services don’t hesitate.Keep up the good work

Very happy with all the work carried out by all involved. Was kept informed with installation dates etc. Company was patient with some of our own unexpected personal issues that cropped up that had to slightly delay installation. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in any of their products.

Needed a new boiler fitted whilst also moving the location of it. As I didn’t qualify for the full funding and grants. They still managed to get what they could for me and had it all installed all within a month. The whole process was quick, professional and friendly.
