What a mess of a car park. Basically empty, stairwell closed, no easy way to walk out, you need to put your reg in to walk out of the car park.

Cheap if evening, extortionate any other time. £7 to park under 5hrs on a Sunday, can park in the John Lewis/highcross for less with better facilities

Reasonably priced parking and easy to reach from dmu university. ! Warnings! See phots very narrow exits absolutely dangerous even for saloon cars .... new drivers avoid this place . See pictures for the marks on the exit walls- not many happy drivers I think

Decent price, especially for the evenings. The reason for the poor review is the design of the car park. It's really difficult to travel up and down the levels. You'll know that from all the paint scratches on the sides of the ramp walls. I can't get my car round tight enough and have to stop, reverse and line up again to get down in one piece!

I get stuck at the exit literally every time, the anpr camera cannot pick up my licence plate accurately despite it being legal, located correctly and lawfully spaced, clean and in the position it was when I bought the car from new. The screen on the exit post is at the height for SUV's but not saloons and so I have to get out to try and enter my reg and whilst this is not a problem for me, there is little room to do so and not everyone is able bodied. Screen was not responsive last time I visited at the weekend, so had to press for help. Needs sorting. Edit for Oct 2023. This hasn't changed, still this anpr system detects a different reg when I exit to the one it detected on the same number plate when I entered. And both are wrong. Worst anpr system ever and the only one to have this problem with my car. This needs sorting still.

Reasonably priced city center parking, lift sometimes is clean and smells ok unlike some car park lifts, the machines to pay at are on the ground floor and always in good working order. The only bad thing here are the toilets that are adjoined to the car park you enter them outside near 1 of the entrances, they were awful the last few times we had to use them

Used this car park Saturday afternoon. Managed to get a spot on the ground floor. Pay as you leave was useful as I didn't know how long I was going to be. Better signage to the pay machine would be helpful. I felt £7 for 3 hours a bit steep, but willingly paid it for secure parking.

Great central location. Mid priced.When you are leaving, going down can be difficult with big SUVs or long sedans.

Good central location. Reasonable prices for short term parking but expensive for all day.

Worst parking ever, too narrow exit and it says available spaces but takes you to 8th level which takes aroun 10-15 mins to get out with narrow lanes , scratch my car in the park due to misleading signs and it’s gonna cost me around £ 2000 for the body works
