My car was taken to this garage to be serviced before I received the car from my Grandad. The job they did was shocking for what they charged him for they did non of. They were supposed to fix the tracking however the car fights you to the right, along with the coolant being far below minimum. The screen wash was also said to be broken however upon further inspection it had been unplugged. The brake disks are as old as the car (11 years) and should not have passed an MOT let alone not be picked up on when they did the ‘full service’ now to the filters. They charged my grandad for them however they clearly did not check either of them. The one below the glovebox has not been opened in some years as shown by the spider colony that we found under there, pregnant spider and full web system undisturbed. The one in the engine has never been changed at all. It is yellow when they are supposed to be cream. When I say yellow I mean luminous yellow and when we took the cover off to investigate we put fingerprints in the dust in the car which previously was not there. I will add the photo of my steering wheel when the wheels are straight of my tracking and you tell me if you think that is driving straight. They scammed by Grandad out of money and no doubt have been doing for years. They took advantage of him and by extension me, who now owns the car and had to pay a further £1800 to get all issues fixed including wet belt (as the car is a Ford focus 2012 and that is a common problem) and my Auntie who took the car in on behalf of me and my grandad. The practice is absolutely shocking and when confronted with photo and video evidence of their lack of work they still denied it like we are stupid

Rang them to ask for appointment to ask for changing tyres providing I will bring my own tyres, no problem, just show up and we will get it done. Coming next day and was informed that Sorry

First class service every time. Second time I’ve been because of a nail in my tyre. This time not so lucky and needed a new tyre fitted. In and sorted straight away. Happy days.

You get a personal service at Mill Tyres, I was impressed with the staff and friendly service I received when I had a problem with my car tyres not over priced and no pressure salesmanship.

Had a flat tyre in Boston, called these guys, said to bring it straight round. Sorted very promptly, reasonably priced.. fantastic service.. Definitely recommend..

Always really helpful if you pop in with a problem and making an appointment for anything they can't fix there and then is easy. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else
